Obsahem projektu bude vzdělávání 12 vedoucích pracovníků (z toho 2 starších 55 let) spadajících do kategorie CZ-ISCO 1. Jedná se o cílovou skupinu, která má ze všech našich zaměstnanců největší vliv na prosperitu společnosti, a proto je potřeba, aby byli právě oni proškoleni v rámci projektu a stali se z nich profesionálové v manažerských dovednostech.
