Projekt představuje komplexní řešení všech klíčových strategií, aktivit a kroků nezbytných pro změnu pracovního prostředí Biologického centra AV ČR, v. v. i. (BC), pro implementaci Evropské charty pro výzkumné pracovníky a Kodexu chování pro přijímání výzkumných pracovníků a pro nastavení a garanci základních evropských standardů výzkumných institucí. Díky jeho realizaci se BC stane nedílnou, viditelnou a atraktivní součástí evropského výzkumného prostoru. Pokračování ve Studii proveditelnosti. (Czech)

The project constitutes a comprehensive solution to all the key strategies, activities and actions necessary to change the working environment of the biological centre of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, v. (BC), for the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and for the set-up and guarantee of the basic European standards for research institutions. As a result of its implementation, BC will become an integral, visible and attractive part of the European Research Area. Continuation of the Feasibility Study. (English)
