Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj inovačního prostředí MSK s využitím RIS3MSK, která vytyčuje hlavní perspektivní oblasti a konkrétní potřeby MSK v oblasti VaVaI procesů. Cílem projektu je prostřednictvím všech KA zajistit kvalitní a koordinovanou implementaci RIS3 MSK, zkvalitnit proces podnikatelského objevování nových příležitostí v kraji, tím usnadnit naplňování dílčích cílů RIS3 MSK a přispět k plnému využití znalostního potenciálu MSK a tím k posilování konkurenceschopnosti jeho ekonomiky. a.
