Cílem projektu je výstavba KC se záměrem zapojování obyvatel do spoluvytváření místa jejich života. Vybudováním KC dojde ke zlepšení kvality života obyvatel, sociální změně, identifikaci a překonání strukturálních bariér, jejichž důsledkem je sociální nerovnost, znevýhodnění či vyloučení skupiny obyvatel. KC bude víceúčelovým zařízením pro setkávání komunity za účelem realizace sociálních, vzdělávacích, kulturních a zájmových aktivit s cílem zlepšení sociální situace jednotlivců i celé komunity. a.
