Property / summary

objective Due to the changes in the healthcare domain, Sint Jacob has the need to take a picture of the state of play of the employee experience with their own sustainable employability. It is true that this has been identified through experience studies through employee, but not on these specific questions. Through the involvement of external advisors with expertise in both the field of sustainable employability and employee surveys, this need is now being met by this project. Key concepts such as involvement, social security, but also work pressure, enthusiasm and good employership are certainly reflected in the inventory. All this is done to ensure sustainable employability and to give a better place in the teams and thus to the organisation. (English)
