Casimir is an agency aimed at actively supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with its multidisciplinary team. That is why we want to be assisted on a planned basis by external advisors of expensive vole, who together with us carry out a project to promote Sustainable Employability (DI) with the emphasis on a Healthy Lifestyle (GL) and reducing work stress. The aim of this project is to make the managers and the employees involved aware and help them to influence the DI/GL positively, both physically, mentally and emotionally. We achieve this through research, dialogue sessions, thematic meetings and advisory discussions to conduct targeted research and to link improvement actions. With this project, Casimir aims to become a vital organisation with vital employees, who use a healthy lifestyle and can be used sustainably, inside or outside our organisation. Casimir is een bureau dat erop gericht is om het midden- en kleinbedrijf met haar multidisciplinaire team actief te ondersteunen. Daarnaast adviseren wij met deze expertise ook overkoepelende organisaties en de overheid. Casimir biedt ondersteuning door middel van advies, training, financiële administratie, projectleiding en kantoorautomatisering. Om ook in de toekomst onze klanten van dienst te zijn, dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief hun werk kunnen doen. Casimir ziet mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken. Wij hebben aandacht voor vitaliteit, verzuim en ontwikkeling, maar een duidelijke samenhang ontbreekt vooralsnog. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door externe adviseurs van DureVole, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (DI) uitvoeren met het accent op een Gezonde Leefstijl (GL) en het terugdringen van werkstress. Het doel van dit project is om nadrukkelijk de leidinggevenden en de betrokken medewerkers bewust bekwaam te maken en hen te helpen de DI/GL positief te beïnvloeden, zowel fysiek, mentaal als emotioneel. We bereiken dit via onderzoek, dialoogsessies, themabijeenkomsten en adviesgesprekken om gericht onderzoek te doen en hieraan verbeteracties te verbinden. Met dit project wil Casimir in de toekomst uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren en duurzaam inzetbaar zijn, binnen of buiten onze organisatie.
