    Ieder mens heeft zijn/haar eigen kracht en passie om regie te houden op zijn/haar leven. De arbeidsmarkt verandert in een snel tempo mede door de gevolgen van de coronacrisis. Beroepen verdwijnen en er ontstaan ook nieuwe kansen. Arbeidscontracten voor je hele leven bestaan niet meer. Ook diploma’s zijn snel verouderd. En de werknemer? Die heeft alleen toekomst als hij/zij zich blijft ontwikkelen. Om goed inzetbaar te blijven is het belangrijk dat mensen zich blijven ontwikkelen. Voor personen zonder werk en met een (grotere) afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt bieden de regiogemeenten in de arbeidsmarktregio ZOB mogelijkheden. Arbeidsmarktregio ZOB werkt aan een samenleving waarin iedereen naar vermogen kan meedoen. Het gaat om het aan het werk helpen en houden van deze kwetsbare groepen. Het inzetten op kwaliteiten is hierbij belangrijk. Voor jongeren, statushouders, uitkeringsgerechtigden (met een grotere afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt), maar ook voor niet-uitkeringsontvangers zijn er kansen om werkervaring op te doen en door te stromen naar een betaalde baan. Ook voor mensen met arbeidsbeperking zijn er mogelijkheden voor een dienstverband. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld d.m.v. beschut werk. (Dutch)
