BIM4ALL B.V. is an internationally operating organisation for the construction sector, which designs, develops and manages construction works through the construction information modelling (BIM) working methodology. BIM4ALL offers various services to keep adding value to the construction sector. BIM4ALL was founded in 2013 and in its 6 years of existence grew from 2 employees in 2013, to 24 employees in 2019. After this period of growth in staff, the organisational structure has also undergone a significant change. In recent years, BIM4ALL has successfully implemented innovations in HR policy, including drawing up an OSH policy and carrying out a Risk Inventory &Amp; Evaluation (RI&E). With the financial support from the ESF, the young organisation BIM4ALL can pay full attention to the sustainable employability of its employees. The subsidy uses BIM4ALL to finance expert advice, company-specific and non-company-specific courses, running competitions and training. An example of a course is a Solibri course to expand professional skills, and courses with themes such as time management or ownership will be offered. This ESF project will help staff to invest in their human capital and development, thereby increasing their mobility and sustainable employability. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
