Die Einrichtung eines CEF-Kurses zielt darauf ab, eine Gruppe von Praktikanten, die Schwierigkeiten bei der Schulbildung aufwiesen, für die obligatorische Mindestausbildung zurückzugewinnen. In Verbindung mit dem beruflichen Aspekt zielen diese Schulungen darauf ab, den Interessen der Schüler gerecht zu werden und ihnen eine stärker integrierte Erfahrung der Schule und attraktive Berufsausgänge zu vermitteln, um die Gruppe der Auszubildenden zu motivieren. De invoering van een CEF-cursus is bedoeld om een groep stagiairs, die moeilijkheden hebben ondervonden bij hun opleiding, terug te krijgen voor het verplichte minimumonderwijs. In verband met het professionele aspect zijn deze opleidingen bedoeld om tegemoet te komen aan de belangen van studenten en hen te voorzien van een meer geïntegreerde ervaring van de school en aantrekkelijke professionele uitstapjes, om de groep stagiairs te motiveren.
