| Als technisch installatiebedrijf met ongeveer 70 medewerkers ervaren wij een verlaging van de arbeidsvreugde en een verhoging van de werkstress. Met het voorgenomen project beogen wij leidinggevenden bewust te maken van hun impact en leren zij de medewerkers op de werkvloer beter te begeleiden. Hiermee is de leidinggevende beter in staat in te spelen op de individuele behoefte van de medewerkers op de werkvloer. Tevens worden deze medewerkers zich meer bewust van hun mogelijkheden in het nu als ook van hun mobiliteit in de toekomst. (Dutch)
