Stuc Shop is an organisation that enters into a rapidly changing market. Due to, among other things, the advent of the Internet, employees in the locations and the field service should focus more on advice to customers. This requires different competences and working methods of all employees and managers to guide this process. The aim is to increase the sustainable employability of employees by working on the one hand to their personal vitality/health and, on the other hand, to develop their own personal ambitions and skills. External advisors are involved for this process. The intended result is that the employees continue to work motivated for their own vitality and sustainable employability. Stuc Shop is een organisatie welke zich begeeft in een sterk veranderende markt. Door o.a. de komst van internet moeten medewerkers in de vestigingen en de buitendienst meer focus gaan leggen op advisering van klanten. Dat vraagt andere competenties en werkwijzen van alle medewerkers en leidinggevenden moeten dit proces begeleiden. Het doel is om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten door enerzijds te werken aan hun persoonlijke vitaliteit/gezondheid en anderzijds het ontwikkelen van eigen persoonlijke ambities en vaardigheden. Voor dit proces worden externe adviseurs ingeschakeld. Het beoogde resultaat is dat de medewerkers blijvend gemotiveerd werken aan hun eigen vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid. De medewerkers zijn zich bewust van de eigen vitaliteit en werken structureel aan een gezonde en veiliger werkomgeving. (Dutch)

STUC Shop es una organización que entra en un mercado en rápida evolución. Debido, entre otras cosas, al advenimiento de Internet, los empleados en las ubicaciones y el servicio de campo deben centrarse más en el asesoramiento a los clientes. Esto requiere diferentes competencias y métodos de trabajo de todos los empleados y directivos para guiar este proceso. El objetivo es aumentar la empleabilidad sostenible de los trabajadores trabajando, por una parte, para su vitalidad y salud personales y, por otra, para desarrollar sus propias ambiciones y capacidades personales. En este proceso participan asesores externos. El resultado previsto es que los empleados sigan trabajando motivados por su propia vitalidad y su empleabilidad sostenible. Los empleados son conscientes de su propia vitalidad y trabajan estructuralmente hacia un entorno de trabajo saludable y seguro. (Spanish)

STUC Shop è un'organizzazione che entra in un mercato in rapida evoluzione. A causa, tra l'altro, l'avvento di Internet, i dipendenti nelle sedi e il servizio sul campo dovrebbe concentrarsi maggiormente sulla consulenza ai clienti. Ciò richiede competenze e metodi di lavoro diversi di tutti i dipendenti e dirigenti per guidare questo processo. L'obiettivo è aumentare l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori lavorando da un lato alla loro vitalità/salute personale e, dall'altro, sviluppare le proprie ambizioni e competenze personali. Per questo processo sono coinvolti consulenti esterni. Il risultato è che i dipendenti continuano a lavorare motivati per la propria vitalità e per l'occupabilità sostenibile. I dipendenti sono consapevoli della propria vitalità e lavorano strutturalmente verso un ambiente di lavoro sano e sicuro. (Italian)
