De Mar 2D wil sterk inzetten op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers. Ook willen zij dit graag koppelen aan een duidelijke nul meting. Kortom waar staan we als bedrijf en welke keuzes gaan we maken om ook in de toekomst de continuïteit van de organisatie verder te waarborgen. Daarnaast hebben we het onderwerp medewerkers hoog op de agenda staan. Het project duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers willen we graag met de medewerkers en met Meijer Consultancy uit gaan voeren. El Mar 2D quiere hacer un fuerte compromiso con la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados. También desearían vincular esto a una medición clara de cero. En resumen, dónde estamos como empresa y qué opciones vamos a tomar para garantizar la continuidad de la organización en el futuro. Il Mar 2D vuole assumere un forte impegno per l'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti. Essi vorrebbero inoltre collegarlo a una chiara misurazione dello zero. Insomma, dove siamo come azienda e quali scelte faremo per garantire la continuità dell'organizzazione in futuro. Inoltre, abbiamo il tema del personale in cima all'ordine del giorno. Vorremmo realizzare il progetto con i dipendenti e con Meijer Consultancy. (Italian)
