Schouten hecht veel waarde aan haar personeel. Om hen duurzaam inzetbaar te houden, laat Schouten in samenwerking met een externe adviseur het project “Duurzame inzetbaarheid, gewoon Doen” uitvoeren. De medewerkers leren feedback geven en ontvangen, waardoor de werksfeer verbeterd en de werkstress verlaagd wordt. Tevens krijgen de medewerkers tijdens het project handvatten aangereikt om op een effectieve manier kennis op te doen. Alleen medewerkers die zich blijven ontwikkelen zullen in de toekomst duurzaam inzetbaar blijven. Op deze manier creëert Schouten een cultuur om de duurzame inzetbaarheid te garanderen. Dit alles met een bijdrage vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds. (Dutch)

Schouten concede gran importancia a su personal. Para mantenerlos sostenibles, Schouten, en colaboración con un consultor externo, lleva a cabo el proyecto «Empleabilidad sostenible, Just Doing». Los empleados aprenden a proporcionar y recibir retroalimentación, mejorando el ambiente de trabajo y reduciendo el estrés laboral. Durante el proyecto, los empleados también reciben herramientas para adquirir conocimientos de una manera eficaz. Solo los empleados que sigan desarrollándose seguirán siendo sostenibles en el futuro. De esta manera, Schouten crea una cultura para garantizar una empleabilidad sostenible. Per mantenerli sostenibili, Schouten, in collaborazione con un consulente esterno, ha realizzato il progetto "Sustainable employability, just Doing". I dipendenti imparano a fornire e ricevere feedback, migliorando l'atmosfera di lavoro e riducendo lo stress lavorativo.
