    TSA Safety Services ziet gezondheid en vitaliteit als voorwaarden om optimaal te functioneren en te presteren. D.m.v. het programma “Samenwerken aan optimale inzetbare medewerkers bij TSA” wordt hier vorm aan gegeven met als doel inzet- en beschikbaarheid van vitale en productieve medewerkers. Er is gekozen voor advisering om de visie en missie richting duurzame inzetbaarheid vorm te geven en medewerkers middels een PMO een vitaliteit en gezondheidstest aan te bieden. Door de subsidie ESF DI is het mogelijk gemaakt om duurzame inzetbaarheid op de kaart te zetten binnen de organisatie en het project “Samenwerken aan optimale inzetbare medewerkers bij TSA” leven in te blazen. Er hangen aankondigingsflyers op diverse plaatsen met het ESF logo daarop, publicatie op de website en de nieuwsbrieven om draagvlak en betrokkenheid binnen de organisatie te creëren en te behouden.     TSA Safety Services considera la salud y la vitalidad como requisitos previos para un funcionamiento y un rendimiento óptimos. A través del programa «Trabajando juntos para empleados de despliegue óptimo en TSA», esto está diseñado con el objetivo de desplegar y poner a disposición empleados vitales y productivos. Se ha elegido asesoramiento para dar forma a la visión y misión hacia una empleabilidad sostenible y ofrecer a los empleados una vitalidad y una prueba de salud a través de una PMO. A través de la subvención del FSE DI se ha hecho posible poner la empleabilidad sostenible en el mapa dentro de la organización y revivir el proyecto «Trabajando juntos para empleados de despliegue óptimo en TSA». Hay folletos de anuncios en varios lugares con el logotipo del FSE en él, publicación en el sitio web y boletines informativos para crear y mantener el apoyo y el compromiso dentro de la organización. Attraverso il programma "Lavorare insieme per dipendenti schierabili in modo ottimale presso TSA" questo è progettato con l'obiettivo di implementare e la disponibilità di dipendenti vitali e produttivi. La consulenza è stata scelta per plasmare la visione e la missione verso l'occupabilità sostenibile e per offrire ai dipendenti un test di vitalità e salute attraverso un PMO. Attraverso la sovvenzione dell'FSE DI è stato possibile inserire l'occupabilità sostenibile nella mappa all'interno dell'organizzazione e rilanciare il progetto "Lavorare insieme per dipendenti schierabili in modo ottimale presso TSA". Ci sono volantini di annunci in vari luoghi con il logo FSE su di esso, pubblicazione sul sito web e newsletter per creare e mantenere il supporto e l'impegno all'interno dell'organizzazione.
