CloudMerge was founded as a developer for cloud IT solutions. CloudMerge is part of Quanza group, an organisation where 60 IT experts constantly design, build, manage and improve new IT experts. By continuing to train and steer its employees within CloudMerge, their sustainable employability is enhanced. The European Social Fund enables us (with financial support) to launch a sustainable employability project. During this project, CloudMerge will have research into the sustainable employability of all its employees. The goal here is to further develop our organisation in which a clear structure, commitment, productivity, collaboration and continuous development are central. The investigation is carried out in cooperation with Office NineTien (www.negentigtien.nl). In dialogue with employees, management and management, an implementation plan is drawn up in the field of sustainable employability. Bureau NineTien supports us in realising the implementation plan. By going back to the core and by aligning business and personal objectives, there is a sustainable link between personal ambitions and the business goals of the organisation, the director and the staff. CloudMerge is opgericht als ontwikkelaar voor IT-oplossingen in de cloud. CloudMerge is onderdeel van Quanza group, een organisatie waarbij 60 IT-experts constant nieuwe IT infrastructeren ontwerpen, bouwen, beheren en verbeteren. Door haar medewerkers continue te blijven opleiden en sturen binnen CloudMerge, wordt hun duurzame inzetbaarheid vergroot. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds stelt ons (met financiële steun) in staat om een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsproject te lanceren. Tijdens dit project zal CloudMerge onderzoek laten verrichten naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van al haar medewerkers. Het doel hierbij is het verder ontwikkelen van onze organisatie waarin een heldere structuur, betrokkenheid, productiviteit, samenwerken en continu ontwikkelen centraal staan. In samenwerking met Bureau NegentigTien (www.negentigtien.nl) wordt het onderzoek verricht. In dialoog met de medewerkers, management en directie wordt er een implementatieplan op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid opgesteld. Bureau NegentigTien ondersteunt ons bij het realiseren van het implementatieplan. Door terug te gaan naar de kern en door zakelijke en persoonlijke doelstellingen op elkaar af te stemmen, ontstaat er een duurzame koppeling van persoonlijke ambities met de zakelijke doelen van de organisatie, de directeur en het personeel. Dit vormt de basis voor een goede interne organisatie waarin medewerkers met plezier kunnen werken en waar groei en ontwikkeling centraal staan. (Dutch)

CloudMerge forma parte del grupo Quanza, una organización donde 60 expertos en TI diseñan, construyen, gestionan y mejoran constantemente nuevos expertos en TI. Al continuar formando y dirigiendo a sus empleados dentro de CloudMerge, se mejora su empleabilidad sostenible. El Fondo Social Europeo nos permite (con apoyo financiero) poner en marcha un proyecto de empleabilidad sostenible. Durante este proyecto, CloudMerge llevará a cabo investigaciones sobre la empleabilidad sostenible de todos sus empleados. El objetivo aquí es seguir desarrollando nuestra organización en la que una estructura clara, compromiso, productividad, colaboración y desarrollo continuo son fundamentales. La investigación se lleva a cabo en cooperación con la Oficina NineTien (www.negentigtien.nl). En diálogo con los empleados, la dirección y la dirección, se elabora un plan de aplicación en el ámbito de la empleabilidad sostenible. L'obiettivo è quello di sviluppare ulteriormente la nostra organizzazione in cui una struttura chiara, impegno, produttività, collaborazione e sviluppo continuo sono centrali.
