With this project, which is supported by the European Union subsidy, HAVO wants to focus on improving the sustainable employability of its employees. By working with an advisor, Havo aims to offer its employees the opportunity to further develop and develop themselves. In addition, Havo wants to lay a foundation for an esteeming culture and a positively challenging working climate in which everyone feels valued, challenged and valued. Handelsonderneming HAVO B.V. is een ondernemend familiebedrijf welke is opgericht in 1963. Havo is producent van creatieve verbruiksmaterialen zoals klei en verf voor o.a. scholen en hobby. Het bedrijf is de afgelopen jaren flink gegroeid en nieuw personeel is aangetrokken. Medewerkers voelen zich niet altijd gewaardeerd en onvoldoende uitgedaagd. Havo wil met dit project welke wordt ondersteund door subsidie van de Europese Unie inzetten op het verbeteren van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Door met een adviseur aan de slag te gaan wil Havo haar medewerkers de kans bieden zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen en te ontplooien. Daarnaast wil Havo een basis leggen voor een waarderende cultuur en een positief uitdagend werkklimaat waarin ieder zich gewaardeerd, uitgedaagd en van waarde voelt. Na afloop van het project zijn de deelnemers zich bewust van hun eigen kwaliteiten en hebben ze concrete handvatten gekregen om deze in te zetten in de werksituatie. (Dutch)

Handelsonderneming HAVO B.V. es una empresa familiar empresarial fundada en 1963. HAVO es un fabricante de consumibles creativos como arcilla y pintura para escuelas y pasatiempos. La compañía ha crecido significativamente en los últimos años y ha atraído a nuevo personal. Los empleados no siempre se sienten apreciados e insuficientemente desafiados. Con este proyecto, que cuenta con el apoyo de la subvención de la Unión Europea, HAVO quiere centrarse en mejorar la empleabilidad sostenible de sus empleados. Al trabajar con un asesor, Havo tiene como objetivo ofrecer a sus empleados la oportunidad de seguir desarrollándose y desarrollarse.
