Bij Cargill, zetten onze medewerkers zich in om de wereld op een veilige, verantwoorde en duurzame manier van voedsel te voorzien, terwijl ze de gemeenschappen waarin ze wonen en werken versterken. Medewerkers ontvangen in 2018 een individueel scholingsbudget dat zij kunnen inzetten om eigen leerdoelen te stellen en te realiseren. Het kunnen bijhouden van kennis en vaardigheden voor de huidige of toekomstige functie, binnen of buiten Cargill, versterkt de arbeidsmarktpositie van medewerkers op alle niveaus. Leidinggevenden stimuleren medewerkers in het creëren van een positieve leercultuur waarin medewerkers hun eigen leerdoel stellen en daar verantwoording voor nemen. (Dutch)
