    De Blokkenhut is een kinderopvangorganisatie die zich begeeft op een markt die onderhevig is aan een jaarlijkse veranderende omgeving. Hierdoor is het van belang dat medewerkers beschikken over de juiste vaardigheden om in te kunnen spelen op een veranderende functieomschrijving. Om de medewerkers eigenaar van hun loopbaan te maken en daarmee samenhangend het welbevinden te bevorderen, maakt deze subsidie mogelijk dat De Blokkenhut kan investeren in een lerende werkcultuur, een de gezonde en vitale werkklimaat en een omgeving waar eigenaarschap centraal staat.
