Van de Wetering wil graag inzicht in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van zijn medewerkers en inzicht in de flexibiliteit van de arbeidsorganisatie om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen door een meer preventief beleid te voeren op het gebied van ontwikkelmogelijkheden, flexibilisering en mobiliteitsmogelijkheden. Door middel van een scan kan het huidige vertrekpunt worden bepaald en geeft deze richting aan toekomstige, te ontwikkelen indicatoren, om medewerkers duurzaam op een prettige maar toch flexibele wijze in te zetten. Van de Wetering quiere comprender la empleabilidad sostenible de sus empleados y comprender la flexibilidad de la organización del trabajo para evitar problemas futuros mediante la aplicación de una política más preventiva en los ámbitos de las oportunidades de desarrollo, la flexibilización y las oportunidades de movilidad. Por medio de un escaneo, el punto de partida actual se puede determinar y dar esta dirección a los indicadores futuros a desarrollar, con el fin de desplegar de manera sostenible a los empleados de una manera agradable pero flexible. Van de Wetering vuole comprendere l'occupabilità sostenibile dei suoi dipendenti e la comprensione della flessibilità dell'organizzazione del lavoro per prevenire problemi futuri attraverso l'attuazione di una politica più preventiva nei settori delle opportunità di sviluppo, flessibilità e mobilità.
