Previous research carried out by Arboplaats shows that 1 in 3 employees are unable to continue working for up to 70 years. This will be achieved for more staff, thanks to the European Social Fund. Within this ESF trajectory, Arboplaats carries out the following: 1). Mapping almost all conceivable factors that influence us as a company to make employees more employable. With very practical tools to influence the behaviour of our employees. 2). Getting started with influencing our employees’ behaviour so that they work healthier and safer. The activities carried out under the project are respectively: 1. Preparation starts research in collaboration with the company 2. Establish the questionnaire used in cooperation with the company 3. Informing the staff about the study 4. Expand Questionnaire 5. Interviews with key figures and employees of the workplace 6: Roundabouts in the company to substantiate the analyses 7. Analyses of the questionnaire data also based on interviews and tours 8. Report: conclusions and Recommendations 9. Discussion of recommendations with management 10. Set up implementation plan in collaboration with the company 11. Discuss outcomes research with employees, inclusion implementation possibilities Our objectives are to: 1. Understanding the sustainable employability of our employees; 2. Define areas of focus that have a negative impact on the sustainable employability of our employees; 3. Uit eerder door Arboplaats uitgevoerd onderzoek blijkt dat 1 op de 3 medewerkers niet in staat is tot 70 jaar door te blijven werken. Dat wordt voor meer medewerkers haalbaar, dankzij subsidie van het Europees Sociaal Fonds. Binnen dit ESF-traject voert Arboplaats het volgende uit: 1). Het in kaart brengen van bijna alle denkbare factoren waar wij als bedrijf invloed op hebben om medewerkers beter inzetbaar te maken. Met hele praktische handvatten om het gedrag van onze medewerkers te beïnvloeden. 2). Het aan de slag gaan met beïnvloeding van gedrag van onze medewerkers, zodat ze gezonder en veiliger werken. De activiteiten die uitgevoerd worden in het kader van het project zijn respectievelijk: 1. Voorbereiding start onderzoek in samenwerking met het bedrijf 2. Vaststellen van de gebruikte vragenlijst in samenwerking met het bedrijf 3. Informeren van de medewerkers over het onderzoek 4. Vragenlijst uitzetten 5. Interviews met sleutelfiguren en medewerkers van de werkvloer 6: Rondgangen in het bedrijf voor de onderbouwing van de analyses 7. Analyses van de vragenlijstgegevens mede op basis van interviews en rondgangen 8. Rapporteren: conclusies en aanbevelingen 9. Bespreking aanbevelingen met directie 10. Opzetten implementatieplan in samenwerking met het bedrijf 11. Bespreken uitkomsten onderzoek met medewerkers, inclusie implementatiemogelijkheden Onze doelstellingen hiermee zijn om: 1. Inzicht in de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers; 2. Aandachtsgebieden definiëren die een negatieve invloed hebben op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers; 3. Investigaciones previas realizadas por Arboplaats muestran que 1 de cada 3 empleados no puede seguir trabajando hasta 70 años. Esto se logrará para más personal, gracias al Fondo Social Europeo. Dentro de esta trayectoria del FSE, Arboplaats realiza lo siguiente: 1). Cartografiar casi todos los factores concebibles que nos influyen como empresa para hacer que los empleados sean más empleables. Con herramientas muy prácticas para influir en el comportamiento de nuestros empleados. 2). Empezar a influir en el comportamiento de nuestros empleados para que trabajen más sanos y seguros. Las actividades realizadas en el marco del proyecto son, respectivamente: 1. La preparación comienza la investigación en colaboración con la empresa 2. Establecer el cuestionario utilizado en cooperación con la empresa 3. Informar al personal sobre el estudio 4. Ampliar el Cuestionario 5. Entrevistas con figuras clave y empleados del lugar de trabajo 6: Rotondas en la empresa para fundamentar los análisis 7. Análisis de los datos del cuestionario basados también en entrevistas y giras 8. Informe: conclusiones y recomendaciones 9. Discusión de recomendaciones con la administración 10. Establecer el plan de implementación en colaboración con la empresa 11. Discutir los resultados de la investigación con los empleados, posibilidades de implementación de la inclusión Nuestros objetivos son: 1. Comprender la empleabilidad sostenible de nuestros empleados; 2. Definir áreas de enfoque que tengan un impacto negativo en la empleabilidad sostenible de nuestros empleados; 3. Una precedente ricerca condotta da Arboplaats ha dimostrato che un dipendente su 3 non è in grado di continuare a lavorare per un periodo massimo di 70 anni. Grazie al Fondo sociale europeo, questo obiettivo sarà raggiunto per un maggior numero di dipendenti. All'interno di questa traiettoria FSE, Arboplaats effettua quanto segue: 1). Mappatura di quasi tutti i fattori immaginabili che ci influenzano come azienda per rendere i dipendenti più occupabili. Con strumenti molto pratici per influenzare il comportamento dei nostri dipendenti. 2). Iniziare a influenzare il comportamento dei nostri dipendenti in modo che lavorino in modo più sano e sicuro. Le attività svolte nell'ambito del progetto sono rispettivamente: 1. La preparazione inizia la ricerca in collaborazione con l'azienda 2. Stabilire il questionario utilizzato in collaborazione con la società 3. Informare il personale in merito allo studio 4. Espandere il questionario 5. Interviste con figure chiave e dipendenti del posto di lavoro 6: Rotonde in azienda per corroborare le analisi 7. Analisi dei dati del questionario anche sulla base di interviste e tour 8. Relazione: conclusioni e raccomandazioni 9. Discussione delle raccomandazioni con la direzione 10. Impostare il piano di implementazione in collaborazione con l'azienda 11. Discutere risultati ricerca con i dipendenti, possibilità di inclusione di implementazione I nostri obiettivi sono di: 1. Comprendere l'occupabilità sostenibile dei nostri dipendenti; 2. Definire aree di attenzione che hanno un impatto negativo sull'occupabilità sostenibile dei nostri dipendenti; 3.
