Hiervoor willen we een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt inzetten, die ons zal ondersteunen bij: • De vertaling van de meetgegevens in een maatwerk aanbod • Het verzorgen van adviezen aan onze medewerkers. Dit zowel op individueel niveau (coaching) als op groepsniveau (workshops en groepscoaching). • Een korte hertest zodat resultaten van de aanpak helder wordt. Het doel van dit programma is: • Bewustwording creëren voor een gezonde leefstijl. • Verhogen duurzame inzetbaarheid. • Het ziekteverzuim verlagen, met minimaal 0,5% lager dan het voortschreidend gemiddelde van 2018. • Invulling geven aan de uitkomsten van het medewerkersonderzoek en het PMO. • De koppeling maken met de strategie: Great Place to Work.
