With the ‘Healthy Getting Started’ project, SKPOEL aims to improve the working environment through good employership in cooperation with all staff. Through joint attention, imaging, support and an effective approach, SKPOEL wants to deal more consciously with absenteeism and with all the factors that influence it. This approach focuses on the development of an upward spiral starting from a substantial reduction in the absenteeism rate. This collectively reduces the workload, reduces the number of different faces in the classroom, reduces the need for work transfer, reduces the need for replacement and leaves more Euros to be used for training and development, hire of external expertise or investment in innovation. Met het project 'Gezond aan de slag' wil SKPOEL vanuit goed werkgeverschap in gezamenlijkheid met alle personeel het werkklimaat verbeteren. Door gezamenlijke aandacht, beeldvorming, draagvlak èn daadwerkelijke aanpak wil SKPOEL bewuster omgaan met verzuim en met alle factoren die daarop van invloed zijn. Door deze aanpak wordt ingezet op de ontwikkeling van een opwaartse spiraal die begint bij substantiële verlaging van het verzuimpercentage. Hierdoor neemt de werkdruk collectief af, komen er minder verschillende gezichten in de klas, is er minder werkoverdracht nodig, is er minder vervanging nodig en blijven er meer Euro's over om in te zetten voor opleiding en ontwikkeling, inhuur van externe expertise of investering in innovatie. Bovendien is te verwachten dat de onderwijsresultaten zullen verbeteren. (Dutch)

Con el proyecto «Healthy Getting Started», SKPOEL tiene como objetivo mejorar el entorno de trabajo a través de un buen empleador en cooperación con todo el personal. A través de la atención conjunta, la imagen, el soporte y un enfoque eficaz, SKPOEL quiere lidiar más conscientemente con el absentismo y con todos los factores que lo influyen. Este enfoque se centra en el desarrollo de una espiral ascendente a partir de una reducción sustancial de la tasa de absentismo. Esto reduce colectivamente la carga de trabajo, reduce el número de rostros diferentes en las aulas, reduce la necesidad de transferencia de trabajo, reduce la necesidad de sustitución y deja más euros para la formación y el desarrollo, la contratación de expertos externos o la inversión en innovación. Además, cabe esperar que los resultados educativos mejoren. (Spanish)

Con il progetto "Healthy Getting Started", SKPOEL mira a migliorare l'ambiente di lavoro attraverso una buona padronanza in collaborazione con tutto il personale. Attraverso l'attenzione congiunta, l'imaging, il supporto e un approccio efficace, SKPOEL vuole affrontare più consapevolmente l'assenteismo e con tutti i fattori che lo influenzano. Questo approccio si concentra sullo sviluppo di una spirale verso l'alto a partire da una sostanziale riduzione del tasso di assenteismo. Questo riduce collettivamente il carico di lavoro, riduce il numero di facce diverse in classe, riduce la necessità di trasferimento di lavoro, riduce la necessità di sostituzione e lascia più euro da utilizzare per la formazione e lo sviluppo, l'assunzione di competenze esterne o gli investimenti nell'innovazione.
