In order to support her growth, Spaarnesant wants to step up the area of an appropriate offer for every child in this turbulent, ever-changing society. Therefore, it has been decided to implement a learning culture within Spaarnesant that pays attention to both school-specific and non-school-specific knowledge and skills. School-specific themes such as problem-solving and learning but also learning innovative ways of problem solving, project-based working, other ways of thinking and reporting/documentation are covered. The core idea is that when employees are enabled to develop themselves, employee satisfaction increases, stress is turned into opportunities and every child continues to feel challenged in an increasingly complex society. By continuing to work on their own development, employees remain up-to-date for the employer and the labour market and thus work towards the sustainable employability of the employees of Spaarnesant. Spaarnesant wil, om haar groei te ondersteunen, stappen zetten het gebied van een juist passend aanbod voor elk kind in deze turbulente, steeds veranderende samenleving. Daarom is besloten om een leercultuur te implementeren binnen Spaarnesant die aandacht geeft aan zowel schoolspecifieke- en niet schoolspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden. De school-specifieke thema’s zoals probleemoplossend werken en leren maar juist ook het aanleren van innovatieve manieren van probleemoplossen, projectmatig werken, andere manieren denken en rapporteren /documenteren komen aan bod. De kerngedachte daarbij is dat wanneer medewerkers in staat worden gesteld om zichzelf te ontwikkelen, de werknemerstevredenheid toeneemt, stress omgezet wordt in mogelijkheden en elk kind zich uitgedaagd blijft voelen in een steeds complexere samenleving. Door te blijven werken aan de eigen ontwikkeling blijven medewerkers actueel voor de werkgever en voor de arbeidsmarkt en wordt er op deze wijze gewerkt aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers van Spaarnesant. Con el fin de apoyar su crecimiento, Spaarnesant quiere aumentar el área de una oferta apropiada para cada niño en esta turbulenta y siempre cambiante sociedad. Por lo tanto, se ha decidido implementar una cultura de aprendizaje dentro de Spaarnesant que preste atención a los conocimientos y habilidades tanto específicos de la escuela como no específicos de la escuela. Se abordan temas específicos de la escuela, como la resolución de problemas y el aprendizaje, pero también el aprendizaje de formas innovadoras de resolución de problemas, trabajo basado en proyectos, otras formas de pensar y presentación de informes/documentación. La idea central es que cuando los empleados están capacitados para desarrollarse, aumenta la satisfacción de los empleados, el estrés se convierte en oportunidades y cada niño sigue sintiéndose desafiado en una sociedad cada vez más compleja. Al seguir trabajando en su propio desarrollo, los empleados se mantienen actualizados para el empleador y el mercado laboral y, por lo tanto, trabajan hacia la empleabilidad sostenible de los empleados de Spaarnesant. Per sostenere la sua crescita, Spaarnesant vuole rafforzare l'area di un'offerta adeguata per ogni bambino in questa società turbolenta e in continua evoluzione. Pertanto, è stato deciso di implementare una cultura dell'apprendimento all'interno di Spaarnesant che presta attenzione sia alle conoscenze e competenze specifiche della scuola che non specifiche. Sono trattati temi specifici della scuola come la risoluzione dei problemi e l'apprendimento, ma anche metodi innovativi di risoluzione dei problemi, lavoro basato su progetti, altri modi di pensare e rendicontazione/documentazione. L'idea fondamentale è che quando i dipendenti sono abilitati a svilupparsi, la soddisfazione dei dipendenti aumenta, lo stress si trasforma in opportunità e ogni bambino continua a sentirsi sfidato in una società sempre più complessa. Continuando a lavorare sul proprio sviluppo, i dipendenti rimangono aggiornati per il datore di lavoro e il mercato del lavoro e quindi si adoperano per l'occupabilità sostenibile dei dipendenti di Spaarnesant.
