SRO is the civil society partner of municipal organisations. SRO develops, realises, manages, maintains and operates facilities for sports, recreation, education, well-being and care. In addition, SRO organises sports and exercise activities for young and old. We do not only achieve our successes; we do this together with more than 500 employees in different regions. We are a growing organisation and our employees work in different disciplines. In addition to our back office, our employees are busy with physical work related to exercise and sport. This requires some of the physical burdenability of our employees with consequences for employability. That is why we want to launch an action plan to improve the sustainable employability of employees. First of all, it was established that SRO recognised the need for healthy employees. SRO therefore wants to offer a periodic medical examination to its employees. The aim of the PMO is that the SRO provides, among other things, connecting points for improvement in order to achieve its objectives optimally with its employees. It is therefore very important that an intervention plan is drawn up from the research and the resulting results. Steering on ‘own control’ about one’s own health, employability and vitality should be an important element in a well-considered working conditions and health policy. A prerequisite for optimal employability with low absenteeism is that employees, together with their managers, are able to monitor the balance between daily stress and physical and mental resilience and resilience. As a dot on the horizon, we would like to see every employee motivated and able to manage his own physical and mental vitality. In short, to be physically and mentally balanced and to remain in balance. Satisfied employees, optimal employability and low absenteeism is our common goal. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Italian)
