Perselective is a fast-growing and innovative company with nine employees. Within the recruitment and selection industry, they are a nice player with a lot of potential. This year their team has grown considerably and they want to grow to fifteen employees over the next two years. The management has made a number of specialist choices in industry directions. For now, direct support is needed to increase the team from nine to twelve employees. This expansion is needed to support management and current staff in growth and to increase market share and number of placements. In order to find out and steer the personnel processes, a company scan is carried out on a sustainable basis. All employees are linked to competences as a basis for sustainable employability and engagement during an advisory process in the context of job evaluation. The results of these scans serve as a starting point for the definition of culture within the company. Thanks to the rapid innovation and changes within the team and the current market and customer base, employees are directly involved through dialogue so that culture change is gradually supported. Perselectief is een snelgroeiend en innovatief bedrijf met negen medewerkers. Binnen de werving en selectie branche zijn ze een aardige speler met veel potentie. Dit jaar is hun team flink gegroeid en ze willen de komende twee jaar doorgroeien naar vijftien medewerkers. De directie heeft een aantal specialistische keuzes gemaakt in brancherichtingen. Om deze keuzes door te voeren is doorzettingsvermogen vereist. Dit proces gaan we ondersteunen dmv inzicht uit scans en met persoonlijkheidstrainingen. Voor nu is er directe ondersteuning nodig om het team van negen uit te laten groeien tot twaalf medewerkers. Deze uitbreiding is nodig om de directie en het huidige personeel te ondersteunen in de groei en om het marktaandeel en aantal plaatsingen te vergroten. Om de personeelsprocessen te achterhalen en sturen wordt er een bedrijfsscan duurzame inzetbaarheid uitgevoerd. Alle medewerkers worden tijdens een adviestraject in het kader van functiewaardering gekoppeld aan competenties als basis voor duurzame inzetbaarheid en betrokkenheid. De resultaten van deze scans dienen als uitgangspunt voor de cultuurbepaling binnen het bedrijf. Door de snelle innovatie en veranderingen binnen het team en de huidige markt en klantenkring worden medewerkers direct betrokken via dialoog zodat de cultuurverandering geleidelijk aan wordt ondersteund. Perselective è un'azienda innovativa e in rapida crescita con nove dipendenti. All'interno del settore del reclutamento e selezione, sono un bel giocatore con un sacco di potenziale. Quest'anno il loro team è cresciuto notevolmente e vogliono crescere a quindici dipendenti nei prossimi due anni. La direzione ha fatto una serie di scelte specialistiche nelle direzioni del settore. Per fare queste scelte, è necessaria la perseveranza. Sosterremo questo processo attraverso l'intuizione dalle scansioni e con la formazione della personalità. Per ora, è necessario un sostegno diretto per aumentare il team da nove a dodici dipendenti. Questa espansione è necessaria per sostenere la crescita del personale dirigenziale e attuale e aumentare la quota di mercato e il numero di collocamenti. Al fine di scoprire e guidare i processi del personale, viene effettuata una scansione aziendale su base sostenibile.
