    Het Oversticht Om toekomstbestendig te zijn, wordt er ingezet op duurzame inzetbaarheid. De doelstelling is het bevorderen van de onderlinge samenwerking waarbij medewerkers ingezet worden op basis van hun talenten en kennis. Het project van duurzame inzetbaarheid richt zich op het bevorderen van de leercultuur door het faciliteren van het leren van elkaar. Daarnaast wordt het kwaliteitsteam en medewerkers geadviseerd en begeleid over het effectief en met plezier werken in een programama. Door goede samenwerking en inzet op basis van talenten, ontstaat er meer tijd voor innovatie en vernieuwing. De medewerkers kunnen invulling geven aan vernieuwing wat hun vakmanschap vergroot en hen stimuleert in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei. Dit bevordert duurzame inzetbaarheid op korte en lange termijn. Door medewerkers te begeleiden in het voeren van dialoog, in te zetten op win-win koers en te zorgen dat ze vaardig zijn om ingezet te worden op basis van hun energiegevers, talenten en competenties. wordt het eigen leiderschap van medewerkers versterkt en kan Het Oversticht meer impact maken op de leefomgeving.
