Employment Solutions, hereinafter ES, was founded in 2006 and specialises in the employment services of highly trained specialists in the sectors of social security, reintegration, absenteeism, care and well-being. The labour market and its players have been moving rapidly and strongly in recent years. ES did not pay sufficient attention to this which led to knowledge gaps, workload and a deteriorated employability of its employees. ES, with the support of the European Social Fund, aims to set up an academy for its employees to access the necessary knowledge and skills of their field, but also to non-business-specific knowledge and skills. In addition, this project gives personal attention to the internal mobility, ambitions and talents of the employees. With this, ES wants to contribute to a broader employability, give employees the opportunity to think ahead and offer them development opportunities. Keep captivating and growing for the future! Employment Solutions, hierna ES, is opgericht in 2006 en is gespecialiseerd in de arbeidsbemiddeling van hoger opgeleide specialisten in de sectoren sociale zekerheid, re-integratie, verzuimmanagement, zorg en welzijn. De arbeidsmarkt en daarmee haar spelers is de afgelopen jaren snel en sterk in beweging geweest. Hier heeft ES onvoldoende aandacht voor gehad wat tot kennis-hiaten, werkdruk en een verslechterde employability van haar medewerkers heeft geleid. ES wil, met ondersteuning vanuit het Europees sociaal fonds, een academie opzetten voor haar medewerkers waarmee zij toegang krijgen tot de benodigde kennis en kunde van hun vakgebied maar ook tot niet bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden. Daarnaast wordt er in dit project persoonlijke aandacht gegeven aan de interne mobiliteit, ambities en talenten van de medewerkers. Hiermee wil ES bijdragen aan een bredere employability, medewerkers de mogelijkheid bieden om vooruit te denken en hen ontwikkelmogelijkheden aanbieden. Blijven boeien en laten groeien voor de toekomst! Met dit project beoogd ES tevens de werkdruk structureel te verminderen en de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers blijvend te verbeteren. Job Solutions, en adelante ES, se fundó en 2006 y se especializa en los servicios de empleo de especialistas altamente capacitados en los sectores de la seguridad social, la reintegración, el absentismo, la atención y el bienestar. El mercado de trabajo y sus agentes han evolucionado con rapidez y firmeza en los últimos años. Es no prestó suficiente atención a esto, lo que dio lugar a lagunas en el conocimiento, la carga de trabajo y un deterioro de la empleabilidad de sus empleados. Es, con el apoyo del Fondo Social Europeo, tiene por objeto crear una academia para que sus empleados accedan a los conocimientos y competencias necesarios de su ámbito, pero también a los conocimientos y competencias no específicos de las empresas. Además, este proyecto presta atención personal a la movilidad interna, las ambiciones y el talento de los empleados. Con esto, ES quiere contribuir a una empleabilidad más amplia, dar a los empleados la oportunidad de pensar en el futuro y ofrecerles oportunidades de desarrollo. ¡Sigue cautivando y creciendo para el futuro! Job Solutions, di seguito ES, è stata fondata nel 2006 ed è specializzata nei servizi per l'impiego di specialisti altamente qualificati nei settori della sicurezza sociale, del reinserimento, dell'assenteismo, dell'assistenza e del benessere. Il mercato del lavoro e i suoi attori si sono mossi rapidamente e fortemente negli ultimi anni. Es non ha prestato sufficiente attenzione a ciò che ha portato a lacune in termini di conoscenze, a carico di lavoro e a un deterioramento dell'occupabilità dei suoi dipendenti. Es, con il sostegno del Fondo sociale europeo, mira a creare un'accademia per i suoi dipendenti per accedere alle conoscenze e alle competenze necessarie del loro settore, ma anche a conoscenze e competenze non specifiche per le imprese. Inoltre, questo progetto presta attenzione personale alla mobilità interna, alle ambizioni e ai talenti dei dipendenti. Con questo, ES vuole contribuire a una più ampia occupabilità, dare ai dipendenti l'opportunità di pensare in anticipo e offrire loro opportunità di sviluppo.
