Bieze Food Group (BFG) faciliteert levensmiddelenbedrijven op het gebied van financiën, administratie, automatisering, personeel en organisatie. De gemiddelde leeftijd is 43 jaar. BFG is een organisatie waar kwaliteit voorop staat en zij heeft te maken met allerlei ontwikkelingen waar zij of de levensmiddelenbedrijven die zij faciliteert mee te maken hebben zoals: prijsdruk, automatisering, vergrijzing, schaalvergroting, globalisering en veranderende consumententrends. BFG is voortdurend in beweging is. Alleen organisaties die adequaat anticiperen op ontwikkelingen vanuit de markt hebben een toekomst. Die wendbaarheid kan alleen worden gerealiseerd met een krachtig team van medewerkers. Een krachtig team dat bestaat uit medewerkers die duurzaam inzetbaar zijn. Om dit te realiseren wil BFG middels dit project de leercultuur binnen haar organisatie versterken. Door medewerkers beter te laten worden in hun werk, kennis en ervaring met elkaar te laten uitwisselen, boeken zij individueel en als team vooruitgang, wat bijdraagt aan de energie en het werkplezier van de medewerkers. BFG es una organización en la que la calidad es primordial y tiene que hacer frente a todo tipo de desarrollos que ellos o las empresas alimentarias que facilita tienen que lidiar, tales como: presión de precios, automatización, envejecimiento, ampliación, globalización y evolución de las tendencias de los consumidores. BFG está constantemente en movimiento. Solo las organizaciones que anticipan adecuadamente la evolución del mercado tienen un futuro. Esta agilidad solo se puede lograr con un poderoso equipo de empleados. Un equipo de gran alcance compuesto por empleados que pueden ser utilizados de manera sostenible. Para lograrlo, BFG quiere fortalecer la cultura del aprendizaje dentro de su organización a través de este proyecto. BFG è un'organizzazione in cui la qualità è fondamentale e deve affrontare tutti i tipi di sviluppi che essi o le imprese alimentari che facilita devono affrontare, come ad esempio: la pressione sui prezzi, l'automazione, l'invecchiamento, l'espansione, la globalizzazione e l'evoluzione delle tendenze dei consumatori.
