In the past year, HUB NoordBrabant has started to map the needs of employees and formulate the desired culture within HUB Noord-Brabant in order to stretch employees more and increase the enthusiastic employability. Hub Noord-Brabant wants to work on two main themes within the organisation: communication &Amp; feedback. The aim of the project is to improve communication and feedback within the organisation and to achieve more with each other from positive cooperation.     Hub Noord-Brabant heeft de afgelopen jaren enkele vernieuwingen doorgevoerd. In het afgelopen jaar is HUB NoordBrabant aan de slag gegaan om de behoeftes van medewerkers in kaart te brengen en de gewenste cultuur binnen HUB Noord-Brabant te formuleren om zo medewerkers meer te berekken en de bevlogen inzetbaarheid te vergroten. HUB Noord-Brabant wil aan de slag met twee belangrijke thema's binnen de organisatie: communicatie & feedback. Het doel van het project is om de communicatie en de feedback binnen de organisatie te verbeteren en vanuit positief samenwerken meer met elkaar te bereiken. Dit om een positieve werksfeer op de school te creeren, de samenwerking te stimuleren en de bevlogenheid van medewerkers te verhogen. (Dutch)

Nell'ultimo anno, HUB NoordBrabant ha iniziato a mappare le esigenze dei dipendenti e a formulare la cultura desiderata all'interno di HUB Noord-Brabant al fine di allungare i dipendenti e aumentare l'occupabilità entusiasta. Hub Noord-Brabant vuole lavorare su due temi principali all'interno dell'organizzazione: comunicazione & feedback. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di migliorare la comunicazione e il feedback all'interno dell'organizzazione e di ottenere di più l'uno con l'altro attraverso una cooperazione positiva. Si tratta di creare un'atmosfera di lavoro positiva nella scuola, di stimolare la cooperazione e di aumentare l'entusiasmo dei dipendenti. (Italian)

En el último año, HUB NoordBrabant ha comenzado a mapear las necesidades de los empleados y a formular la cultura deseada dentro de HUB Noord-Brabant con el fin de estirar más a los empleados y aumentar la empleabilidad entusiasta. Hub Noord-Brabant quiere trabajar en dos temas principales dentro de la organización: comunicación & feedback. El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar la comunicación y la retroalimentación dentro de la organización y lograr más entre sí a partir de una cooperación positiva.
