Al meer dan 40 jaar is het familiebedrijf Mols Beton een betrouwbare partner in de betonmarkt. Omdat men zich bewust is van het feit dat medewerkers gefaciliteerd dienen te worden om duurzaam inzetbaar te zijn wil Betonfabriek Mols BV met behulp van de ESF subsidie de huidige organisatiestructuur, de huidige functies en de competenties van de medewerkers duidelijk in kaart brengen. Met het doel een goed onderbouwde organisatiestructuur met heldere en duidelijke taken, bevoegdheden en verantwoordelijkheden neer te zetten waarin medewerkers zich prettig voelen en duurzaam inzetbaarheid zijn, nu en in de toekomst. Debido a que somos conscientes de que es necesario facilitar a los empleados para ser sostenibles, Betonfabriek Mols BV quiere utilizar la subvención del FSE para trazar claramente la estructura organizativa actual, las funciones actuales y las competencias de los empleados.
