    Boba autismegroep biedt zorg op maat aan mensen met autisme en een normale of hoge intelligentie. De afgelopen jaren is Boba snel gegroeid. Er is een grote aanwas van nieuwe medewerkers enerzijds en grote veranderingen en nieuwe inzichten over toekomstgericht en duurzaam werken anderzijds We willen inzetten op het ontwikkelen, stimuleren van een leercultuur om medewerkers te binden te en te boeien. Het project heeft divers een hoog “samen” gehalte. Samen met de medewerkers worden visiebijeenkomsten en andere activiteiten gepland. De medewerker staat daarin centraal. Samen met de medewerkers willen door middel van laagdrempelige activiteiten, dialoog, inloopmomenten een bewustwording op gang brengen waarin we de ambities van de medewerkers koppelen aan de organisatiecultuur. De organisatie hanteert een open benadering, waarin elke professional zich thuis (gaat) voelen. (Dutch)

    Grupo de autismo Boba ofrece cuidado a medida a las personas con autismo y una inteligencia normal o alta. Boba ha crecido rápidamente en los últimos años. Hay un gran aumento de nuevos empleados, por un lado, y cambios importantes y nuevas ideas sobre el trabajo sostenible y orientado al futuro, por el otro. Queremos centrarnos en desarrollar, estimular una cultura de aprendizaje para vincular e involucrar a los empleados. El proyecto tiene un alto nivel de «juntos». Junto con los empleados, se planifican reuniones de visión y otras actividades. El empleado está en el centro de esto. Junto con los empleados, a través de actividades de umbral bajo, diálogo, momentos de caminata, queremos crear conciencia en la que vinculemos las ambiciones de los empleados con la cultura organizativa. La organización utiliza un enfoque abierto, en el que cada profesional se siente como en casa. (Spanish)

    Boba autism group offre una cura su misura per le persone con autismo e un'intelligenza normale o alta. Boba è cresciuta rapidamente negli ultimi anni. C'è un grande aumento di nuovi dipendenti da un lato e grandi cambiamenti e nuove intuizioni sul lavoro orientato al futuro e sostenibile dall'altro. Vogliamo concentrarci sullo sviluppo, stimolando una cultura dell'apprendimento per vincolare e coinvolgere i dipendenti. Il progetto ha un alto livello di "insieme". Insieme ai dipendenti, sono previsti incontri di visione e altre attività. L'impiegato è al centro di tutto questo. Insieme ai dipendenti, attraverso attività a bassa soglia, dialogo, momenti di walk-in, vogliamo aumentare la consapevolezza in cui colleghiamo le ambizioni dei dipendenti alla cultura organizzativa.
