VVEPunt beheert VvE’s in Groningen, Drenthe en Friesland en heeft alle expertise in huis op administratief, financieel en technisch gebied voor het professioneel beheren van een VvE. Na jaren van groei willen we werken aan versterking van de organisatie. Met een medewerkersonderzoek willen we inzicht krijgen in de wensen en behoeften van medewerkers om vervolgens hiermee samen aan de slag te gaan. Een van de elementen is dat de gesprekcyclus moet leiden tot ontwikkeling en stimulans voor een leven lang leren. Hiermee wil VVEPunt graag aan de slag en op basis van inbreng van medewerkers komen tot een individuele cyclus waarin persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leren centraal staat. (Dutch)

VVEPunt gestiona VVES en Groningen, Drenthe y Friesland y cuenta con toda la experiencia administrativa, financiera y técnica para la gestión profesional de un VvE. Después de años de crecimiento, queremos trabajar en el fortalecimiento de la organización. Con una investigación de los empleados queremos obtener información sobre los deseos y necesidades de los empleados y luego trabajar juntos. Uno de los elementos es que el ciclo de debate debe conducir al desarrollo y al estímulo del aprendizaje permanente. Con esto, VVEPunt quiere empezar y basarse en las aportaciones de los empleados para crear un ciclo individual en el que el desarrollo personal y el aprendizaje sean centrales. (Spanish)

VVEPunt gestisce VVES a Groningen, Drenthe e Frisia e possiede tutta la competenza amministrativa, finanziaria e tecnica per la gestione professionale di un VvE. Dopo anni di crescita, vogliamo lavorare per rafforzare l'organizzazione. Con una ricerca di dipendenti vogliamo ottenere una visione dei desideri e delle esigenze dei dipendenti e poi lavorare insieme. Uno degli elementi è che il ciclo di discussione dovrebbe portare allo sviluppo e allo stimolo dell'apprendimento lungo tutto l'arco della vita. Con questo, VVEPunt vuole iniziare e basato sul contributo dei dipendenti per creare un ciclo individuale in cui lo sviluppo personale e l'apprendimento è centrale. (Italian)
