1. The development and implementation of a tool for monitoring sustainable employability in the ICT labour market. 2. 1. De ontwikkeling en uitvoering van een instrument voor de monitoring van duurzame in-zetbaarheid in de arbeidsmarkt ICT. 2. Een pilot ontwikkelen voor de inzet van de hybride ICT docent als mogelijkheid voor de bevordering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van ICT’ers die niet meer beschikken over de juiste kennis en vaardigheden voor de uitoefening van hun huidige beroep. Pilot hybride ICT docent De mogelijkheid om een hybride docent te worden, zal een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van individuele ICT’ers. Een ICT’er die actief is als hybride docent is bre-der inzetbaar in de arbeidsmarkt, heeft meer uitdaging in zijn/haar werk en is meer gemotiveerd. Met het opzetten van de pilot voor hybride ICT docenten wordt ook meer bekendheid gegeven aan de mogelijkheden van hybride docenten in het kader van bevordering van duurzame inzet-baarheid. (Dutch)

Desarrollar un proyecto piloto para el despliegue del profesor híbrido de TIC como una oportunidad para promover la empleabilidad sostenible de las personas que ya no tienen los conocimientos y competencias adecuados para ejercer su profesión actual. 1. Lo sviluppo e l'attuazione di uno strumento per monitorare l'occupabilità sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro delle TIC. 2. Sviluppare un progetto pilota per la diffusione dell'insegnante ibrido nel settore delle TIC come opportunità per promuovere l'occupabilità sostenibile delle persone che non possiedono più le conoscenze e le competenze necessarie per esercitare la loro professione attuale. La possibilità di diventare un insegnante ibrido fornirà un importante contributo all'occupabilità sostenibile delle singole TIC. Un lavoratore delle TIC che è attivo come insegnante ibrido è più occupabile sul mercato del lavoro, ha maggiori sfide nel suo lavoro ed è più motivato.
