The aim of the trajectory is to raise awareness of various themes related to health and vitality among the Vilente employees, so that a policy can be actively used to increase health and long-term vitality. Vitaal en gezond werken is essentieel om goed en prettig te kunnen werken binnen Stichting Vilente. Daarom is besloten om een vitaliteitsbeleid in te voeren dat gericht is op alle medewerkers en leidinggevenden in de organisatie en waarbij jaarlijks wordt bekeken welke interventies nodig zijn in de organisatie om medewerkers proactief met dit thema bezig te laten zijn. Doel van het traject is het vergroten van het bewustzijn op het gebied van verschillende thema’s rondom gezondheid en vitaliteit bij de werknemers van Vilente, zodat hier actief een beleid op ingezet kan worden om de gezondheid en vitaliteit op lange termijn te vergroten. Om te komen tot een goed beleid en de uitvoering daarvanis besloten om samen te werken met Fitter Nederland. (Dutch)

El trabajo vital y saludable es esencial para poder trabajar bien y agradablemente dentro de la Fundación Vilente. Por lo tanto, se ha decidido introducir una política de vitalidad dirigida a todos los empleados y directivos de la organización y examinar anualmente qué intervenciones se necesitan en la organización para permitir que los empleados sean proactivos en este tema. El objetivo de la trayectoria es sensibilizar a los empleados de Vilente sobre diversos temas relacionados con la salud y la vitalidad, de manera que pueda utilizarse activamente una política para aumentar la salud y la vitalidad a largo plazo. Un lavoro vitale e sano è essenziale per poter lavorare bene e piacevolmente all'interno della Fondazione Vilente. Pertanto, si è deciso di introdurre una politica di vitalità rivolta a tutti i dipendenti e dirigenti dell'organizzazione e di esaminare annualmente quali interventi sono necessari all'interno dell'organizzazione per consentire ai dipendenti di essere proattivi in questo argomento.
