Rhenus Logistics B.V. is an independent port operator and part of Rhenus Seaports. We work for metal and steel dealers and manufacturers, project and cargo carriers, offshore companies, manufacturers, shipping companies and breakbulk shipping companies and agents. We are a company with its own culture. And we'd like to keep it that way. As a result of the increase in staffing, it is the challenge to maintain this culture and our quality of service. Within this process, we want to invest in the development and employability of our employees. The trajectory focuses on: • Better connection of the right person in the right place. • Be able to develop in a targeted manner. • Promote the core values of reliability, customer orientation and quality to new employees. • Be able to enforce more uniformity and good execution (by making transparent and available simple, clear steering information). Rhenus Logistics B.V. is een onafhankelijke havenexploitant en onderdeel van Rhenus Seaports. Wij werken voor metaal- en staalhandelaren en -producenten, project- en stukgoedvervoerders, offshore-bedrijven, fabrikanten, rederijen en breakbulk-rederijen en agenten. Wij zijn een bedrijf met een eigen cultuur. En dat willen we graag zo houden. Als gevolg van de groei van de personele bezetting is het de uitdaging deze cultuur en onze kwaliteit van dienstverlening te behouden. Binnen dit traject willen we daartoe investeren in de ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Het traject richt zich op: • Betere aansluiting van de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats. • Gericht kunnen ontwikkelen. • De kernwaarden betrouwbaarheid, klantgerichtheid en kwaliteit ook aan nieuwe medewerkers uitgedragen. • Uniformiteit en goede uitvoering meer af kunnen dwingen (door transparantie en beschikbaar maken van eenvoudige, duidelijke stuurinformatie). Voor dit project maken we gebruik van de diensten en adviezen van Rodium BV en worden daarbij ondersteund door hun software Fit-to-Position. (Dutch)

Rhenus Logistics B.V. es un operador portuario independiente y parte de los puertos marítimos de Rhenus. Trabajamos para distribuidores y fabricantes de metal y acero, transportistas de proyectos y carga, empresas offshore, fabricantes, compañías navieras y compañías y agentes de transporte de breakbulk. Somos una empresa con su propia cultura. Y nos gustaría mantenerlo así. Como resultado del aumento de la dotación de personal, es el reto mantener esta cultura y nuestra calidad de servicio. Dentro de este proceso, queremos invertir en el desarrollo y la empleabilidad de nuestros empleados. La trayectoria se centra en: • Mejor conexión de la persona adecuada en el lugar correcto. • Ser capaz de desarrollarse de una manera específica. • Promover los valores fundamentales de fiabilidad, orientación al cliente y calidad a los nuevos empleados. • Ser capaz de hacer cumplir más uniformidad y buena ejecución (haciendo transparente y disponible información de dirección simple y clara). Lavoriamo per rivenditori e produttori di metalli e siderurgici, trasportatori di progetti e merci, aziende offshore, produttori, compagnie di navigazione e compagnie di navigazione breakbulk e agenti. Siamo un'azienda con la propria cultura. E vorremmo tenerla cosi'. Come risultato dell'aumento del personale, è la sfida per mantenere questa cultura e la nostra qualità del servizio.
