Temporary employment agency Vakmasters was founded by the joint construction companies in the Netherlands. As the only employment agency in the construction sector, Vakmasters collaborates with Bouwmensen, the training institute of and for construction. With a wide range throughout the country and the know-how of Bouwend Nederland, we lead young talent to full-fledged professionals. Experienced strengths offer development opportunities to real masters in their profession, by offering both technical and framework courses at all levels. The customer orientation has a huge impact on, among other things, the reproducibility of the employees; as a result, the workload increases. Attention is already paid to this in the MT. There is an increasing importance for culture and attitudes throughout the organisation. We want to anchor the modern ways of self-management (authority, responsibility, proactivity, etc.) low in the organisation, so that more pleasant cooperation and result-oriented performance go together. In order to achieve the stated objective, Vakmasters has taken the lead from the consultancy company Delphi Mindconnection B.V.. Delphi offers employers a tailor-made guidance process with the aim of: further shape this by guiding and jointly implementing an advisory and implementation process. In doing so, the agency uses Mindconnection® as a concept of approach, based on the latest insights into effective change strategies, taking into account the circumstances and the people involved.     Uitzendbureau Vakmasters is opgericht door de gezamenlijke bouwbedrijven in Nederland. Als enige uitzendbureau in de bouw werkt Vakmasters samen met Bouwmensen, het opleidingsinstituut van en voor de bouw. Met een groot bereik door het hele land en de know how van Bouwend Nederland, leiden we jong talent op tot volwaardige professionals. Ervaren krachten bieden we ontwikkelingskansen tot echte masters in hun vak, door zowel vaktechnische als kaderopleidingen op alle niveaus aan te bieden. Vakmasters is niet alleen erg betrokken met de uitzendkrachten, maar ook met het eigen personeel. Als geen ander beseft het management dat de eigen medewerkers heel belangrijk zijn. Vanwege het besef dat de medewerkers duurzamer inzetbaar zouden moeten kunnen zijn, is er een behoefte aan een advies- en implementatietraject om de werkdruk, perceptie, workflow, de taakverdeling, teamontwikkeling en de interne samenwerking tegen het licht te houden en gezamenlijk te verbeteren.
