In 2019, we want to work on findings on these issues. We want to employ an advisor to Bewegen Werkt for the following activities: 1. Drawing up a note SHO Vitaal. By means of a stakeholder inventory, the consultant draws up a note, further specifying the policy principles. This means that the policy will be in line with our vision and that the activities we want to carry out will contribute to it. 2. Communication about SHO Vitaal. To create awareness, improve the atmosphere around the theme and/or to activate employees, the consultant supports us to write texts and organise meetings. 3. Team development: In this training, participants start using each other’s forces, gain insight into the views of the team, get to know colleagues in a different way, develop areas for improvement and establish team appointments. On to even more beautiful work! 4. Based on the results of the PMO and the note SHO vital workshops are offered to our employees on e.g. nutrition, exercise, sleep and work stress. The exact content (form and content) will be determined in consultation with the staff and the consultant. (English)

    In 2019 willen we aan de slag met bevindingen ten aanzien van deze aandachtspunten. We willen een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt inzetten voor de volgende activiteiten: 1. Opstellen van een notitie SHO Vitaal. Door middel van een inventarisatie onder stakeholders stelt de adviseur een notitie op, waarin de uitgangspunten voor beleid verder gespecificeerd worden. Dat wil zeggen dat het beleid aan zal sluiten bij onze visie en dat de activiteiten die we willen uitvoeren daaraan bijdragen. 2. Communicatie omtrent SHO Vitaal. Om bewustwording te creëren, de sfeer rondom het thema te verbeteren en/of om medewerkers te activeren, ondersteunt de adviseur ons om teksten te schrijven en bijeenkomsten te organiseren. 3. Teamontwikkeling: In deze training gaan deelnemers aan de slag met het inzetten van elkaars krachten, krijgen ze inzicht in de standpunten van het team, leren ze collega’s op een andere manier kennen, worden verbeterpunten opgesteld en worden teamafspraken vastgelegd. Op naar nog mooier werk! 4. Op basis van de uitkomsten van het PMO en de notitie SHO vitaal worden workshops aangeboden aan onze medewerkers op bijv. de voeding, bewegen, slaap en werkstress. De exacte invulling (vorm en inhoud) wordt in overleg met de medewerkers en de adviseur vastgesteld. (Dutch)

    En 2019, queremos trabajar en las conclusiones sobre estas cuestiones. Queremos contratar a un asesor de Bewegen Werkt para las siguientes actividades: 1. Redactando una nota SHO Vitaal. Mediante un inventario de las partes interesadas, el consultor elabora una nota en la que se especifican los principios políticos. Esto significa que la política estará en consonancia con nuestra visión y que las actividades que queremos llevar a cabo contribuirán a ella. 2. Comunicación sobre SHO Vitaal. Para crear conciencia, mejorar el ambiente alrededor del tema o activar a los empleados, el consultor nos apoya para escribir textos y organizar reuniones. 3. Desarrollo de equipos: En este entrenamiento, los participantes comienzan a usar las fuerzas de cada uno, obtienen una visión de los puntos de vista del equipo, llegan a conocer colegas de una manera diferente, desarrollan áreas para mejorar y establecen las citas del equipo. ¡Al trabajo aún más hermoso! 4. Sobre la base de los resultados de la PMO y la nota SHO talleres vitales se ofrecen a nuestros empleados sobre, por ejemplo, nutrición, ejercicio, sueño y estrés laboral.     Nel 2019 vogliamo lavorare sulle conclusioni su tali questioni. Vogliamo assumere un consulente di Bewegen Werkt per le seguenti attività: 1. Redazione di una nota SHO Vitaal. Attraverso un inventario delle parti interessate, il consulente redige una nota che specifica ulteriormente i principi politici. Ciò significa che la politica sarà in linea con la nostra visione e che le attività che vogliamo svolgere vi contribuiranno. 2. Comunicazione su SHO Vitaal. Per creare consapevolezza, migliorare l'atmosfera attorno al tema e/o attivare i dipendenti, il consulente ci sostiene per scrivere testi e organizzare incontri. 3. Sviluppo del team: In questa formazione, i partecipanti iniziano a utilizzare le forze dell'altro, ottenere informazioni sulle opinioni del team, conoscere i colleghi in modo diverso, sviluppare aree di miglioramento e stabilire appuntamenti di squadra. Sul lavoro ancora più bello! 4. Sulla base dei risultati del PMO e della nota SHO workshop vitali sono offerti ai nostri dipendenti ad esempio su nutrizione, esercizio fisico, sonno e stress da lavoro.
