Wij streven er naar om onze medewerkers een zo goed mogelijk te laten functioneren. Medewerkers die het naar hun zin hebben en op de goede plek zitten vergroot de kans op goede (bedrijfs)resultaten. Om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen optimaal kan werken in relatie tot onze strategie en missie, is het belangrijk dat iedereen inzicht heeft in zijn eigen ontwikkelbehoefte.
