The Fit for the future project will be made possible through co-financing from the European Social Fund. This funding will help to develop an integrated approach in which employees are encouraged to work on vitality and employability. The target group for this project are all employees of Howden. Both managers and employees are offered a tailor-made programme. Sustainable employability studies are offered prior to this programme. This research gives employees insight into their own health, lifestyle, stress and future employability. This research enables employees to work with their own employability. If there are concrete help questions from employees, the employees can be helped by a coach to improve the lifestyle. The executives will be given a vital leadership workshop in addition to the programme. This programme aims to raise awareness of the role of managers in promoting and increasing the sustainable employability of their employees. Attention has been paid to an adequate style of leadership and training of skills to conduct employability interviews with employees. (English)

    Het Fit for the future project wordt met behulp van co-financiering vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds mogelijk gemaakt. Met behulp van deze financiering wordt er een integrale aanpak ontwikkeld waarbij medewerkers worden gestimuleerd om te werken aan vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid. De doelgroep voor dit project zijn alle medewerkers van Howden. Zowel leidinggevenden als de medewerkers krijgen een op maat gemaakt programma aangeboden. Voorafgaand aan dit programma worden duurzame inzetbaarheidsonderzoeken aangeboden. Dit onderzoek geeft de medewerkers inzicht in eigen gezondheid, leefstijl, stress en toekomstige inzetbaarheid. Aan de hand van dit onderzoek kunnen medewerkers zelf aan de slag met hun eigen inzetbaarheid. Indien er een concrete hulpvragen zijn vanuit medewerkers, dan kan de medewerkers worden geholpen door een coach om de leefstijl te verbeteren. De leidinggevenden krijgen aanvullend op het programma een vitaal leiderschap workshop. Dit programma richt zich op bewustwording van de rol die leidinggevenden spelen bij het bevorderen en vergroten van duurzame inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers. Er is aandacht besteed aan een adequate stijl van leidinggeven en het trainen van vaardigheden voor het voeren van inzetbaarheidsgesprekken met medewerkers. (Dutch)

    Il progetto Fit per il futuro sarà reso possibile mediante il cofinanziamento del Fondo sociale europeo. Questo finanziamento contribuirà a sviluppare un approccio integrato in cui i lavoratori siano incoraggiati a lavorare sulla vitalità e sull'occupabilità. I destinatari di questo progetto sono tutti dipendenti di Howden. Sia i dirigenti che i dipendenti sono offerti un programma su misura. Prima di questo programma vengono offerti studi sull'occupabilità sostenibile. Questa ricerca offre ai dipendenti una visione della propria salute, stile di vita, stress e occupabilità futura. Questa ricerca consente ai dipendenti di lavorare con la propria occupabilità. Se ci sono domande di aiuto concrete da parte dei dipendenti, i dipendenti possono essere aiutati da un allenatore per migliorare lo stile di vita. Oltre al programma, i dirigenti riceveranno un seminario di leadership fondamentale. Il programma mira ad accrescere la consapevolezza del ruolo dei dirigenti nella promozione e nell'aumento dell'occupabilità sostenibile dei loro dipendenti. È stata prestata attenzione a uno stile adeguato di leadership e formazione delle competenze per condurre colloqui di occupabilità con i dipendenti. (Italian)

    El proyecto «Apto para el futuro» será posible gracias a la cofinanciación del Fondo Social Europeo. Esta financiación contribuirá a desarrollar un enfoque integrado en el que se anime a los trabajadores a trabajar en la vitalidad y la empleabilidad. El grupo destinatario de este proyecto son todos los empleados de Howden. Tanto los directivos como los empleados reciben un programa a medida. Antes de este programa se ofrecen estudios de empleabilidad sostenibles. Esta investigación ofrece a los empleados una visión de su propia salud, estilo de vida, estrés y empleabilidad futura. Esta investigación permite a los empleados trabajar con su propia empleabilidad. Si hay preguntas concretas de ayuda de los empleados, los empleados pueden ser ayudados por un entrenador para mejorar el estilo de vida. Además del programa, se impartirá a los ejecutivos un taller de liderazgo vital. Este programa tiene por objeto sensibilizar sobre el papel de los directivos en la promoción y el aumento de la empleabilidad sostenible de sus empleados.
