Boekel AGF Horeca wholesaler is growing fast. In 2018, the number of employees doubled to 28 employees. And we have even more growth ambitions. This poses the necessary challenges. A personal approach and loyalty are the motives of our organisation. Of course, these motives can be stressed by such rapid growth. In addition, our core values Flexible, Innovative, Quality and Customer-oriented are very important to us in everything we do. We want all employees to promote these core values in all their work and to be experienced by our customers in their services. We also have a very diverse team. We work with Poland, and from the point of view of Social Return we also employ employees with a distance from the (regular) labour market. With the ESF grant Sustainable Employability we want to pay extra attention to the development of a close and committed team to ensure that we work as a team optimally and that every individual also works with pleasure and from his or her talents and can realise our own ambitions within our organisation. We want to work on a sustainable team that will get the best out of themselves and the organisation with mutual understanding and recognition of everyone’s individual talents. We have even more growth ambitions and we want to realise them with the current team as a strong foundation. People make the organisation and that is why we are going to invest structurally in our people in the coming period and thus in the (growth) potential of our organisation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Boekel AGF Horecagroothandel groeit hard. In 2018 is het aantal medewerkers verdubbeld naar 28 medewerkers. En we hebben nog meer groeiambities. Dit brengt de nodige uitdagingen met zich mee. Een persoonlijke aanpak en loyaliteit zijn de drijfveren van onze organisatie. Die drijfveren kunnen natuurlijk wel onder spanning komen te staan door zo'n snelle groei. Daarnaast zijn onze kernwaarden Flexibel, Innovatief, Kwaliteit en Klantgericht voor ons zeer belangrijk in alles wat we doen. We willen dat deze kernwaarden door alle medewerkers bij al hun werkzaamheden worden uitgedragen en door onze klanten worden ervaren in ze dienstverlening. We hebben ook een zeer divers team. We werken onder andere met Polen en vanuit het oogpunt van Social Return hebben we ook medewerkers met een afstand tot de (reguliere) arbeidsmarkt in dienst. Met de ESF subsidie Duurzame Inzetbaarheid willen we extra aandacht besteden aan de ontwikkeling van een hecht en betrokken team om ervoor zorg te dragen dat we als team optimaal samenwerken en dat ook ieder individu met plezier en vanuit zijn of haar talenten werkt en de eigen ambities binnen onze organisatie kan realiseren. We willen werken aan een duurzaam inzetbaar team dat met onderling begrip en erkenning van ieders individuele talenten het beste uit zichzelf en de organisatie zal halen. We hebben namelijk nog meer groeiambities en die willen we graag realiseren met het huidige team als sterke basis. Mensen maken de organisatie en daarom gaan we de komende periode structureel investeren in onze mensen en daarmee ook in het (groei)potentieel van onze organisatie. (Dutch)

Boekel AGF Horeca mayorista está creciendo rápidamente. En 2018, el número de empleados se duplicó hasta 28. Y tenemos aún más ambiciones de crecimiento. Esto plantea los desafíos necesarios. Un enfoque personal y lealtad son los motivos de nuestra organización. Por supuesto, estos motivos pueden ser enfatizados por un crecimiento tan rápido. Además, nuestros valores centrales Flexibles, Innovadores, de Calidad y orientados al Cliente son muy importantes para nosotros en todo lo que hacemos. Queremos que todos los empleados promuevan estos valores fundamentales en todo su trabajo y sean experimentados por nuestros clientes en sus servicios. También contamos con un equipo muy diverso. Trabajamos con Polonia, y desde el punto de vista del Retorno Social también empleamos a trabajadores a distancia del mercado laboral (regular). Con la subvención del FSE para Empleabilidad Sostenible queremos prestar especial atención al desarrollo de un equipo cercano y comprometido para garantizar que trabajamos como equipo de manera óptima y que cada individuo también trabaja con placer y con sus talentos y puede realizar nuestras propias ambiciones dentro de nuestra organización. Queremos trabajar en un equipo sostenible que saque lo mejor de sí mismos y de la organización con comprensión y reconocimiento mutuos de los talentos individuales de cada uno. Tenemos aún más ambiciones de crecimiento y queremos realizarlas con el equipo actual como una base sólida. Il grossista Boekel AGF Horeca sta crescendo rapidamente. Nel 2018 il numero di dipendenti è raddoppiato a 28 dipendenti. E abbiamo ancora più ambizioni di crescita. Ciò pone le sfide necessarie. Un approccio personale e la lealtà sono i motivi della nostra organizzazione. Naturalmente, questi motivi possono essere sottolineati da una crescita così rapida. Inoltre, i nostri valori fondamentali Flessibile, Innovativo, Qualità e Customer-oriented sono molto importanti per noi in tutto ciò che facciamo. Vogliamo che tutti i dipendenti promuovano questi valori fondamentali in tutto il loro lavoro e siano vissuti dai nostri clienti nei loro servizi. Abbiamo anche una squadra molto diversificata. Lavoriamo con la Polonia, e dal punto di vista del Social Return impieghiamo anche dipendenti a distanza dal mercato del lavoro (regolare). Con la sovvenzione FSE Sustainable Employability vogliamo prestare maggiore attenzione allo sviluppo di un team stretto e impegnato per garantire che lavoriamo come un team in modo ottimale e che ogni individuo lavori anche con piacere e dai suoi talenti e possa realizzare le nostre ambizioni all'interno della nostra organizzazione. Vogliamo lavorare su un team sostenibile che otterrà il meglio da se stessi e dall'organizzazione con la comprensione reciproca e il riconoscimento dei talenti individuali di tutti.
