Binnen Vadain Styling is er sprake van toenemende werkdruk en wordt verwacht dat medewerkers zich flexibel opstellen wat ten koste gaat van de duurzame inzetbaarheid. Om op een goede manier in te kunnen spelen op veranderingen die nodig zijn bij zowel de medewerker als binnen de organisatie heeft Vadain Styling een externe adviseur gevraagd om hen te begeleiden richting een wendbare en vitale organisatie. De adviseur zal zowel individuele gesprekken met de medewerkers voeren als groepssessies en workshops begeleiden. In de workshops komen verschillende thema’s aanbod; Je (kern)kwaliteiten ontdekken, persoonlijk leiderschap, een mindset voor continue leren en ontwikkelen. Vadain Styling zet hiermee in op slim samenwerken, met en van elkaar leren, het samen ontwikkelen van kennis en inzichten en het versterken van ieders aanpassingsvermogen in houding en gedrag om zo een positieve bijdrage aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers te leveren.
