The organisation of Good People needs further development of the learning culture. Good people, as a Project agency on procurement and finance, attach great importance to the development of employees in their field. Both for colleagues who are active internally and externally, there is a great deal of attention to development in the field and vocational training pathways have been defined with various courses and courses. However, we experience that there is still a profit in the learning culture through the more and better anticipation of the personal situation of the employee with more attention to personal ambitions and development opportunities. Through an external advisor who is well-known with culture changes, we want to let the changes in systemically land and make the learning culture each own. This consultant will work with all layers in the organisation; how can managers promote the learning culture and make the employees own their RDPs. By mid-2020, each employee of Good People achieved a RDP and achieved the first results. The managers can independently motivate and guide employees in their RDP. (English) | |||||||||||||||

De organisatie van Goedemensen heeft behoefte aan verder ontwikkeling van de leercultuur. Goedemensen hecht als Projectbureau op inkoop en finance veel waarde aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers op hun vakgebied. Zowel voor de collega’s die intern en extern actief zijn is er veel aandacht voor ontwikkeling in het vakgebied en zijn er vakinhoudelijke opleidingstrajecten vastgesteld met daarin diverse opleidingen en cursussen. Echter ervaren we dat er nog winst valt behalen in de leercultuur middels het meer en beter anticiperen op de persoonlijke situatie van de medewerker met meer aandacht voor persoonlijke ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Doormiddel van een externe adviseur welke goed bekend is met cultuurveranderingen willen we de veranderingen in systematiek laten landen en de leercultuur een ieder eigen maken. Deze adviseur gaat met alle lagen in de organisatie aan de slag; hoe kunnen de managers de leercultuur bevorderen en de werknemers hun POP eigen maken. Medio 2020 heeft elke werknemer van Goedemensen een POP en hierin de eerste resultaten gehaald. De managers kunnen zelfstandig werknemers motiveren en begeleiden in hun POP. (Dutch)

La organización de Buenas Personas necesita un mayor desarrollo de la cultura del aprendizaje. Las buenas personas, como agencia de proyectos en materia de adquisiciones y finanzas, conceden gran importancia al desarrollo de los empleados en su campo. Tanto para los colegas que trabajan interna y externamente, se presta mucha atención al desarrollo en el campo y se han definido itinerarios de formación profesional con diversos cursos y cursos. Sin embargo, experimentamos que todavía hay un beneficio en la cultura del aprendizaje a través de la mayor y mejor anticipación de la situación personal del empleado con más atención a las ambiciones personales y oportunidades de desarrollo. A través de un asesor externo que es bien conocido por los cambios culturales, queremos dejar que los cambios en el sistema de tierra y hacer que la cultura de aprendizaje cada uno sea propio. Este consultor trabajará con todos los estratos de la organización; ¿cómo pueden los directivos promover la cultura del aprendizaje y hacer que los empleados sean dueños de sus PDR? A mediados de 2020, cada empleado de Good People logró un PDR y logró los primeros resultados. Los directivos pueden motivar y guiar a los empleados de forma independiente en su PDR. (Spanish)

L'organizzazione delle brave persone ha bisogno di un ulteriore sviluppo della cultura dell'apprendimento. Le brave persone, in qualità di agenzia di progetto per l'approvvigionamento e la finanza, attribuiscono grande importanza allo sviluppo dei dipendenti nel loro settore. Sia per i colleghi che operano all'interno e all'esterno, c'è molta attenzione allo sviluppo nel settore e i percorsi di formazione professionale sono stati definiti con vari corsi e corsi. Tuttavia, sperimentiamo che c'è ancora un profitto nella cultura dell'apprendimento attraverso la maggiore e migliore anticipazione della situazione personale del dipendente con maggiore attenzione alle ambizioni personali e alle opportunità di sviluppo. Attraverso un consulente esterno che è ben noto con i cambiamenti culturali, vogliamo lasciare che i cambiamenti nella terra sistemica e rendere la cultura dell'apprendimento ciascuno proprio. Questo consulente lavorerà con tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione; come possono i manager promuovere la cultura dell'apprendimento e far sì che i dipendenti possiedano i loro PSR. A metà del 2020, ogni dipendente di Good People ha raggiunto un PSR e ha ottenuto i primi risultati. I dirigenti possono motivare e guidare autonomamente i dipendenti nel loro PSR. (Italian)
