Handelsmij Teunissen en Becking wil aandacht besteden aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van hun medewerkers met als doel doorontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid te bevorderen maar ook medewerkers te laten werken binnen een leeromgeving waarvan de markt continu andere eisen stelt. Door middel van een scan wordt het juiste vertrekpunt vastgesteld en een plan van aanpak gemaakt gericht op het bevorderen van een leercultuur met doorontwikkeling en waar medewerkers echt behoefte aan hebben. Het ontwikkelen van kwaliteiten en vaardigheden gericht op zelfsturing en individuele behoeften staan hierbinnen centraal. (Dutch)

Handelsmij Teunissen e Becking vogliono prestare attenzione all'occupabilità sostenibile dei loro dipendenti con l'obiettivo di promuovere lo sviluppo e l'occupabilità sostenibile, ma anche di consentire ai dipendenti di lavorare all'interno di un ambiente di apprendimento in cui il mercato pone costantemente esigenze diverse. Attraverso una scansione, viene stabilito il giusto punto di partenza e un piano d'azione volto a promuovere una cultura dell'apprendimento con ulteriore sviluppo e di cui i dipendenti hanno davvero bisogno. Lo sviluppo di qualità e competenze incentrate sull'autogestione e le esigenze individuali sono al centro di questo. (Italian)
