Contractables assists in optimising the various facilities, service and rental agreements, subscriptions and more. A team of experts who are aware of the developments and possibilities within their specialisation or segment from A to Z. More insight into the given motives and talents and the ability to use these well give guidance to people. In addition, this creates opportunities to strengthen and optimise the cooperation between them. By enshrining this in a sound way in the relevant policy frameworks and evaluations, sustainable employability becomes structural in nature. In the project ‘connecting with talent’, employees are therefore offered the opportunity to gain insight into their own talents and those of colleagues. It paves the way for a different way of looking and experiencing the (team) work. Contractables ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van de verschillende faciliteiten, service- en huurovereenkomsten, abonnementen en meer. Een team van deskundigen die van A tot Z op de hoogte zijn van de ontwikkelingen en mogelijkheden binnen hún specialisatie of segment. Meer inzicht in de gegeven drijfveren en talenten en de vaardigheid deze goed in te zetten geven houvast aan mensen. Daarnaast ontstaan zo mogelijkheden om de onderlinge samenwerking te versterken en te optimaliseren. Door dit op een gedegen manier te verankeren in de relevante beleidskaders en evaluaties krijgt duurzame inzetbaarheid zo een structureel karakter. In het project 'verbinden met talent' wordt de medewerkers daarom de kans geboden om inzicht op te doen in de eigen talenten en die van collega's. Het maakt de weg vrij voor een andere manier van kijken en beleven van het (team)werk. Het project laat mensen daardoor vitaler werken aan dat wat Contractables voor ogen staat: resultaten boeken voor de klant. (Dutch)

Contractables ayuda a optimizar las diversas instalaciones, contratos de servicio y alquiler, suscripciones y mucho más. Un equipo de expertos que son conscientes de los desarrollos y posibilidades dentro de su especialización o segmento de A a Z. Más información sobre los motivos y talentos dados y la capacidad de usar estos bien dan orientación a las personas. Además, esto crea oportunidades para fortalecer y optimizar la cooperación entre ellos. Al consagrar esto de manera sólida en los marcos políticos y evaluaciones pertinentes, la empleabilidad sostenible adquiere carácter estructural. Por lo tanto, en el proyecto «conectarse con el talento», se ofrece a los empleados la oportunidad de conocer sus propios talentos y los de sus colegas, lo que allana el camino para una manera diferente de buscar y experimentar el trabajo (equipo). Contractables assiste nell'ottimizzazione delle varie strutture, contratti di servizio e noleggio, abbonamenti e altro ancora. Un team di esperti che sono consapevoli degli sviluppi e delle possibilità all'interno della loro specializzazione o segmento da A a Z. Maggiori informazioni sui motivi e i talenti dati e la capacità di utilizzare questi ben dare una guida alle persone. Inoltre, ciò crea opportunità per rafforzare e ottimizzare la cooperazione tra di loro. L'occupabilità sostenibile, integrandola in modo corretto nei quadri politici e nelle valutazioni pertinenti, diventa di natura strutturale. Nel progetto ‘collegarsi con il talento', ai dipendenti viene quindi offerta l'opportunità di conoscere i propri talenti e quelli dei colleghi, aprendo la strada a un modo diverso di guardare e sperimentare il lavoro (di squadra).
