Feurtherpoort is a general medical practice where about 10 people are currently employed. In recent years there have been a large number of developments in healthcare in terms of more complex regulation, better informed patients and increasingly empowered patients. The population is not only getting older, but this part is also growing exponentially in the coming years. How can one cope with the great pressure, what knowledge and skills are needed to work smartly and also to stay healthy yourself? The strong challenge facing this profession. The risk of self drowning is therefore latent. Add to that that it can also cause a great emotional burden because one is the sounding board of people with physical and/or mental problems every day. With the help of the ESF grant, Feurtherpoort wants to clearly map the current organisational structure, the current functions and competences of the employees. With the aim of creating a well-founded organisation with a positive and motivating corporate culture with well-qualified employees in which sustainable employability is necessary to meet the challenges of care.     Huisartsenpraktijk Feurtherpoort is een huisartsenpraktijk waar momenteel ongeveer 10 mensen werkzaam zijn. In de afgelopen jaren zijn er in de zorg een groot aantal ontwikkelingen geweest op het gebied van ingewikkeldere de regelgeving, beter geïnformeerde patiënten en steeds mondigere patiënten. Enerzijds is deze ontwikkeling toe te juichen, anderzijds vraagt dit ook steeds meer van de medewerkers van huisartsenpraktijk Feurtherpoort. Ze moeten continue bijgeschoold worden. Niet alleen op vaktechnisch vlak maar zeker ook op de menselijke vaardigheden, hoe om te gaan met dit soort patiënten. Met als gevolg dat ook de onderlinge relatie in de huisartsenpraktijk hierdoor op scherp is komen te staan. Dit vraagt een groot aanpassingsvermogen van iedereen binnen de praktijk. De zorg staat voor grote uitdagingen. De bevolking wordt niet alleen steeds ouder, maar dit deel groeit ook exponentieel de komende jaren. Hoe kan men met de grote druk omgaan, welke kennis en vaardigheden zijn er nodig om slim te werken en ook zelf gezond te blijven. De stevige uitdaging waarvoor deze beroepsgroep staat. Het risico van zelf te verdrinken is dan ook latent aanwezig. Daarbij opgeteld dat het ook een grote emotionele belasting kan opleveren omdat men iedere dag het klankbord is van mensen met lichamelijke en/of geestelijke problemen. Huisartsenpraktijk Feurtherpoort wil met behulp van de ESF-subsidie de huidige organisatiestructuur, de huidige functies en de competenties van de medewerkers duidelijk in kaart brengen. Met het doel een goed onderbouwde organisatie neer te zetten met een positieve en motiverende bedrijfscultuur met goed geëquipeerde medewerkers waarin duurzame inzetbaarheid noodzakelijk is om het hoofd te bieden aan de uitdagingen in de zorg.     Feurtherpoort è una pratica medica generale in cui circa 10 persone sono attualmente impiegate. Negli ultimi anni si è registrato un gran numero di sviluppi nel settore dell'assistenza sanitaria in termini di regolamentazione più complessa, di pazienti meglio informati e di pazienti sempre più potenziati. Da un lato, questo sviluppo va accolto con favore, dall'altro, anche questo richiede sempre più dai dipendenti dei medici generici Feurtherpoort. Devono essere continuamente addestrati. Non solo a livello tecnico, ma certamente anche in termini di competenze umane, come trattare questi tipi di pazienti. Di conseguenza, anche il rapporto tra loro nella pratica del GP si è concluso. Ciò richiede una grande adattabilità di tutti nella pratica. L'assistenza si trova ad affrontare grandi sfide. A questo si aggiunge che può anche causare un grande peso emotivo perché uno è il bordo di risonanza di persone con problemi fisici e/o mentali ogni giorno. Con l'aiuto della sovvenzione FSE, Feurtherpoort intende mappare chiaramente l'attuale struttura organizzativa, le funzioni e le competenze attuali dei dipendenti. Con l'obiettivo di creare un'organizzazione fondata con una cultura aziendale positiva e motivante con dipendenti ben qualificati in cui l'occupabilità sostenibile è necessaria per affrontare le sfide dell'assistenza.     Feurtherpoort es una práctica médica general en la que actualmente trabajan unas 10 personas. En los últimos años se ha producido un gran número de cambios en la asistencia sanitaria en términos de regulación más compleja, pacientes mejor informados y pacientes cada vez más empoderados. Por un lado, esta evolución debe ser acogida con satisfacción, por otra parte, esto también exige cada vez más a los empleados de los médicos generalistas Feurtherpoort. Necesitan ser entrenados continuamente. No solo a nivel técnico, sino también en términos de habilidades humanas, cómo lidiar con este tipo de pacientes. Como resultado, la relación entre ellos en la práctica de GP también ha llegado a su fin. Esto requiere una gran adaptabilidad de todos en la práctica. La atención se enfrenta a grandes desafíos.
