Sportfondsen Welzijn Delft B.V. gaat zich transformeren van een Beheers- c.q. vrijwilligersorganisatie naar een opleidings-reïntegratiehuis. Dat heeft tot gevolg dat met de huidige medewerkers een methodiek wordt ontwikkeld waardoor deze medewerkers in staat zijn om optimaal vrijwilligers te coachen en te begeleiden bij hun reïntegratie naar betaald werk en het volgen van ontwikkelmodules in de vorm van leerlijnen. Doelgroep: de huidige medewerkers van Sportfondsen Welzijn Delft B.V. Resultaat: de medewerkers hebben een opleidings- en reïntegratiehuis neergezet dat in staat is om duurzaam vrijwilligers naar betaald werk te begeleiden. (Dutch)
