Smeding B.V. is de laatste jaren hard gegroeid. Ook merken wij de invloed van de snelle ontwikkelingen in de maatschappij. Dit brengt uitdagingen met zich mee die zowel van onze organisatie als van onze medewerkers andere en nieuwe vaardigheden vragen. Als familiebedrijf zijn wij zuinig op ons belangrijkste kapitaal: de medewerkers. Om die reden hebben wij dan ook het onderwerp duurzame inzetbaarheid hoog op de agenda staan. We investeren om ervoor te zorgen dat de medewerkers gezond, vitaal en met werkplezier tot hun pensioengerechtigde leeftijd kunnen werken. Om dit te realiseren zetten we een traject in met behulp van de ESF subsidie voor duurzame inzetbaarheid. We bieden onze medewerkers gezondheidschecks om inzicht te krijgen in hun fysieke en mentale gesteldheid. En we gaan werken aan een lerende organisatie, zodat wij ons kunnen blijven ontwikkelen. Smeding B.V. ha crecido bruscamente en los últimos años. También observamos la influencia de los rápidos desarrollos en la sociedad. Esto implica desafíos que requieren habilidades diferentes y nuevas tanto de nuestra organización como de nuestros empleados. Como empresa familiar, confiamos en nuestro capital más importante: los empleados. Por ello, la cuestión de la empleabilidad sostenible ocupa un lugar destacado en el orden del día. Invertimos para asegurar que los empleados puedan trabajar sano, vitalmente y con placer para trabajar hasta su edad de jubilación. Para ello, hemos establecido una trayectoria con la ayuda de la subvención del FSE para una empleabilidad sostenible. Ofrecemos a nuestros empleados chequeos de salud para obtener información sobre su estado físico y mental. Y vamos a trabajar en una organización de aprendizaje para que podamos seguir desarrollándonos. (Spanish)

Smeding B.V. è cresciuto bruscamente negli ultimi anni. Notiamo anche l'influenza dei rapidi sviluppi nella società. Ciò comporta sfide che richiedono competenze diverse e nuove sia dalla nostra organizzazione che dai nostri dipendenti. Come azienda familiare, ci affidiamo al nostro capitale più importante: i dipendenti. Ecco perché la questione dell'occupabilità sostenibile è tra le priorità dell'ordine del giorno. Investiamo per garantire che i dipendenti possano lavorare in modo sano, vitale e con piacere di lavorare fino all'età pensionabile. A tal fine, abbiamo creato una traiettoria con l'aiuto della sovvenzione del FSE per l'occupabilità sostenibile. Offriamo ai nostri dipendenti controlli sanitari per ottenere informazioni sulle loro condizioni fisiche e mentali.
