Bij Van Wijnen werken ongeveer 450 medewerkers, waarvan circa 125 medewerkers op de bouwplaats. Veel werkzaamheden bij Van Wijnen zijn fysiek belastende werkzaamheden. Door het opschuiven van de pensioengerechtigde leeftijd wordt het steeds moeilijker om de eindstreep te halen daarom is het belangrijk om de medewerkers vitaal en gezond te houden. Verbetering op vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid is te bereiken door medewerkers te helpen, te enthousiasmeren en te betrekken bij duurzame inzetbaarheid. VW wil graag een werkgever zijn (en blijven) voor wie mensen graag willen werken, daar hoort een zorgplicht bij om medewerkers daar waar nodig te ondersteunen. Om die reden wil VW haar medewerkers stimuleren om ook zelf actief aan de slag te gaan met werkplezier, stress, werkdruk, leefstijl en gezondheid. Het is belangrijk dit thema niet weg te stoppen maar juist samen met de werknemers aan te pakken en zo de fysieke en mentale weerbaarheid te vergroten! De doelstelling is dat de aanwezige medewerkers op een laagdrempelige en leuke in beweging komen en dat zij tijdens en na het event aan de slag gaan met hun eigen vitaliteit en inzetbaarheid. Dit project richt zich dan ook op alle medewerkers om bij te dragen aan het verhogen van bewustzijn en het stimuleren van eigenaarschap rondom de eigen vitaliteit, gezondheid en inzetbaarheid. Al aumentar la edad de jubilación, cada vez es más difícil llegar a la meta, por lo que es importante mantener a los empleados vitales y saludables. La mejora de la vitalidad y la empleabilidad sostenible puede lograrse ayudando, entusiasmando e implicando a los empleados en una empleabilidad sostenible. VW quiere ser (y seguir siendo) un empleador para quien la gente quiere trabajar, hay un deber de cuidado para apoyar a los empleados cuando sea necesario. Por esta razón, VW quiere animar a sus empleados a trabajar activamente con placer laboral, estrés, presión laboral, estilo de vida y salud. ¡Es importante no detener este problema, sino trabajar con los empleados para aumentar la resiliencia física y mental! El objetivo es garantizar que los empleados presentes se muevan de una manera fácilmente accesible y divertida y que durante y después del evento empiecen a trabajar con su propia vitalidad y empleabilidad. Van Wijnen impiega circa 450 dipendenti, di cui circa 125 nel cantiere. Un sacco di lavoro a Van Wijnen è fisicamente incriminante. Aumentando l'età pensionabile, diventa sempre più difficile raggiungere il traguardo, quindi è importante mantenere i dipendenti vitali e sani. È possibile migliorare la vitalità e l'occupabilità sostenibile aiutando, coinvolgendo e coinvolgendo i dipendenti nell'occupabilità sostenibile.
