Exponentially increasing workload, a lot of sick leave, dissatisfied colleagues due to work pressure and complaining patients about the long waiting times stressed the need for ‘Other Organisation’.     Exponentieel toenemende werkdruk, veel ziekteverzuim, ontevreden collega’s vanwege de werkdruk en klagende patiënten over de lange wachttijden benadrukten de noodzaak voor ‘Andersom Organiseren’. We merkten dat het inzetten van meer personeel het omgekeerde leek op te leveren; het deed niets af aan de hoge werkdruk en ook de wachttijden en patiënttevredenheid verbeterden niet. Door het anders inrichten van de processen in de praktijk, met de Andersom filosofie ‘de klantvraag staat centraal’ sluiten we veel meer aan bij de wensen van onze patiënten. Het beoogde resultaat: tevreden patiënten, tevreden medewerkers door logischer werkprocessen en ieders professionaliteit stimuleren en hen duurzaam inzetbaar maken. (Dutch)

    El aumento exponencial de la carga de trabajo, la gran cantidad de bajas por enfermedad, los colegas insatisfechos debido a la presión laboral y las quejas de los pacientes sobre los largos tiempos de espera hicieron hincapié en la necesidad de «Otra Organización». Observamos que el despliegue de más personal parecía ser lo contrario; no redujo la alta carga de trabajo y tampoco los tiempos de espera y la satisfacción del paciente no mejoraron. Al rediseñar los procesos en la práctica, con la filosofía Andersom «la demanda del cliente es central», estamos mucho más en línea con los deseos de nuestros pacientes. El resultado previsto: pacientes satisfechos, empleados satisfechos a través de procesos de trabajo más lógicos y la profesionalidad de todos y hacerlos sostenibles. (Spanish)

    Aumentando esponenzialmente il carico di lavoro, un sacco di congedi per malattia, colleghi insoddisfatti a causa della pressione sul lavoro e lamentando i pazienti per i lunghi tempi di attesa hanno sottolineato la necessità di "Altre organizzazioni". La Corte ha osservato che l'impiego di un maggior numero di personale sembra essere il contrario; non ha ridotto l'elevato carico di lavoro e anche i tempi di attesa e la soddisfazione del paziente non sono migliorati. Riprogettando i processi in pratica, con la filosofia di Andersom ‘la domanda del cliente è centrale', siamo molto più in linea con i desideri dei nostri pazienti. Il risultato previsto: pazienti soddisfatti, dipendenti soddisfatti attraverso processi di lavoro più logici e professionalità di tutti e li rendono sostenibili. (Italian)
