An internal steering group consisting of 5s coordinators and 5s coaches ensures the implementation, implementation and continuation of the 5s method, focusing on a healthy working environment and a fine working atmosphere.     Tapijtcentrum Nederland is een écht Brabants familiebedrijf met korte lijntjes en een toegankelijke sfeer. Met de komst van de derde generatie is er steeds meer aandacht gekomen voor een ‘verbetercultuur’ en het bestuur probeert het aandragen van deze initiatieven zoveel mogelijk te stimuleren bij het personeel. Er bleek behoefte te zijn om georganiseerder en efficiënter te werken op met name de afdelingen: Buitendienst en Logistiek. Op deze afdelingen wordt er veel met materialen en gereedschappen gewerkt en ergernissen kunnen hoog oplopen, omdat er onvoldoende structuur en regels zitten bij het gebruik hiervan. Hieruit ontstond het ‘project duurzame inzetbaarheid: georganiseerd en plezierig werken’. Het project bestaat uit de implementatie van de 5s methode. Een interne stuurgroep bestaande uit 5s coördinatoren en 5s coaches zorgen voor de invulling, implementatie en continueren van de 5s methode, waarbij een gezonde werkomgeving en een fijne werksfeer centraal staan.     Carpet Centre Netherlands è una vera e propria azienda a conduzione familiare del Brabante con linee corte e un'atmosfera accessibile. Con l'arrivo della terza generazione, sempre più attenzione è stata rivolta a una "cultura di miglioramento" e il consiglio di amministrazione sta cercando di incoraggiare il più possibile la realizzazione di queste iniziative al personale. È stato necessario lavorare in modo più organizzato e più efficiente, in particolare nelle sezioni specializzate: Servizio sul campo e logistica.
